Don't order from this store. Placed an order at 6:41pm and got a message that my order was delivered around 7:20pm. The order... was not there. Called and heard that my order was left at the store and will be delivered to me promptly- LIE!! Spoke to themanager at 7:41 - he said I am going to refund your money for the inconvenience and your pizza is on its way for free. At8:23pm, call back - still no pizza and then the manager lies and said I told you to call me back in 10 mins and now its too late- LIE!! When I told him, I recorded the call and I l called him out on the lie - silence. DONT ORDER FROM THIS STORE - HORRIBLESERVICE! MAKES PAPA JOHN LOOK HORRIBLE!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! The guy who answered the phone was VERY rude! He had a strong accident. I WILL be reporting this to corporate. I wanted to... cancel a $90 order they didn?t make and also didn?t pay for. And WHY would I pay for food after that interaction even if Ichanged my mind. I will never order from here again. If I could give negative stars for customer service I would. The pizza ???? and bread sticks were perfect. The best I've ever had from Papa John's! I may have to drive to Willow Grove more... often from Philly to get some pizza. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered for contactless delivery, one hour later I called because it app said my pizza was... delivered, it was not. When I called the store I was told by a incredibly rude woman that the delivery person knocked on my doorand called me three times both of which were not true as I was sitting at the door. I was then told that I would need to come tothe store and pick my pizza up, when I said I?d like to cancel the order the phone was slammed down on me, when I called backthe person who answered the phone just yelled your orders canceled. Last time I ever order from this restaurant. When I?mspending just short of $30.00 for one pizza I expect better service. Read more
I tried to order for the one in warminster on Saturday night 8/21/21 at 10:00 but they were closed even though they say there... open for delivery until 1Am. So I ordered from the willow grove store they said that I could pick it up and paid over the thephone with Sheryl when I went to go pick it up they first I guy I spoke John to just walked away and second guy I spoke to toldme that John canceled my order and they told that they weren?t going to make it when I asked if Sheryl was there they said thatthey didn?t who that was which makes me nervous because I gave them my card info they did refund me. they also told me that theyclose at 10:45 instead of 11:00 and John came back he was laughing at me. Overall I am very annoyed with the papa johns near methey just seem to be unorganized, unprofessional, and have poor customer service skills and they just don?t seem to care aboutthere jobs. I ordered pepperoni and they made a cheese pizza. I ordered garlic breadsticks and the sticks were dry with no garlic. They... didn't even flip the wings in the hot sauce, they just poured the sauce over the wings. They had to give me extra wings becausethey dropped one of the wings on the floor. This is by far the worst service I've had at this store. I don't think I will orderagain until they change that crew that appeared too high to provide professional service. Read more
I don't know how people find problems ordering from this Papa Johns branch, I order my usual large one topping (chicken) pizza... from them, for 8.49 using a coupon, one in a while and never had a problem. The pizza was done in around 12 mins, quick,friendly staff, and the pizza was delicious! Read more
