Honestly best saladworks I have been too I think unless you have worked in this mall you will never realize how rude and... ignorant customers who come here are. Every mall has their niche though unfortunately this ones is ignorance. It is under newmanagement now as well so things will obviously change but I have been eating here for about a 1.5 years and have had 0 issuesother than someone messing up my salad order in which stuff happens and I moved on with life instead of letting it ruin my day.I get that not everyone is going to be understandable but to belittle someone inside of comments bc they forgot a fricken pickelor chicken wasn't "crispy" enough is petty and I hope people realize how amazing this location is over everywhere else. Now, I would just like to say I love saladworks but I believe this location needs help. The food is never fresh and always has a... problem. Today I received my food with/ no pasta and I asked for half radiatore pasta and iceberg. The lettuce was soft wet andbrown The matchstix carrots. Soft mushy, wet, and almost sticky like The crispy bbq chicken was in little balls like it was theend of the bag and also wet and soggy, and no where near crispy When I called the speak to the manager, the young man whoanswered the phone told me to hold on, hung up on me, and left the phone off the hook so it would ring busy for the next halfhour. I was polite and just wanted to speak to a manager regarding food quality. I truly believe they need to be independentlyinspected for sanitary purposes and food safety prep. My daughter and I had lunch here yesterday. It was a very bad experience. I had received a $2.00 off any salad, and decided to... use it. I also always get the senior discount. When I went to pay, the worker who had made my salad told the worker who rang upmy order not to give me the senior discount. I know you can't combine rewards but the senior discount is not a reward. I alsoknow it is not much, but when you are on limited income it is. When I started to eat my salad it did not taste right. I realizedthey had mixed in the wrong dressing. I had ordered thousand island as I always do. There was no taste or look of the rightdressing. I took the salad back and asked what dressing had been put on. I was told whatever one I had ordered. Told her thiswas not the right one as I have had the same salad and dressing many time. The woman worker who had made the salad was joinednow by a male worker arguing with me that it was right. After many minutes of this in front of other customers they made me anew salad with the right dressings. I was very embarrassed. Last time I was there about 3 mos ago I was NOT pleased with the dude who made the salad. Do you people no longer have a... container with chopped up hard boiled eggs??? Workers do not make what you order, and when you ask it to order, they are rude. I?ve never experienced this at any other... location. The food in the case looks old and not rotated for freshness (they are supposed to flip the containers to rotate thefood and it doesn?t look like that?s being done). I used to manage saladworks locations, so I know how one should be managed,and this isn?t it. Read more
