Ate here for the first time in a few years. Place went way downhill. Ordered an appetizer, never got it. Didn't see the waitress... again until the food came out. Both entress the chicken was dry, barely had any of that glaze sauce on it, which is the wholereason we went. Broccoli had literally nothing on it. No butter, no seasoning. Won't be coming back. It was absolutely terrible, I use to work at this location and boy did it go downhill since I was there. The newer staff members... were okay. The food was dreadful only decent thing was their chips and garlic parm wings everything else tastes awful. Thedragon glaze wings were terrible, Nashville hot was disgusting. Whiskey glaze tasted indescribably bad. My girlfriend got thebucket of bones and only ate her ribs because everything else was terrible and the fries were just drenched in grease. Uptate! I tried again this year, my mistake!!! Rick, the supervisor/manager, after what his saying, he didn't had NO badge... with his name or title, after he mess up our order, we didn't received all the items. We drove back to the restaurant, whereRick ask me what I want , I said, I want a part of the money back, because my family didn't had all the food tonight at thedinner and we drove back , because of his mistake. He asked me 3 times what I want. Every time, I said same think, a part ofthe money, and Mr. Rick was saying evey time , What? 4th time , my son answered, a part of the money back , and Mr. Rickanswered with another question again How much was the desert? Come on, you are are working there, not us, to ask us, what's theprice of the desert! I understood, Mr. Rick doesn't have no intention to make this right for his mistake and I thought maybehe need my desert and my money tonight more than me, I turn around asking him again you are the manager , he said yes , and Ileft. For sure I will not order from this place again, they are not looking to make this right, they just try to annoycustomers and like this they don't need to pay or to give the product. The only reason this gets a 2 star is because of the waitress who was amazing and sweet. Other than that this place is horrible... and would not recommend. The food was obviously cooked in the microwave and then slapped on the grill to char(burn). It wasbeyond dry and almost non edible. The steak in the picture was supposed to be medium rare and you can see for yourself that itwas beyond medium. The manager attempted to fix the issue by reordering the meat we asked for chicken since at that point we hadno faith that we could get steak cooked properly. Yet again the chicken came out microwaved and then slightly charred. It wasdry and rubbery. We will never return here again this was awful. Read more

I am giving this location a 5 stars because of this server name Raven . She is amazing at what she does . Very friendly,... helpful, makes great suggestions to make sure you satisfy with your experience. Otherwise I would have scored them 2 stars .When I got there , we waited a good 3 minutes before anyone came and ask if we needed anything. Actually one other familywaiting as well went to the bar and asked , which is when they finally sent someone to help us . I had a to go order .so I wastold to wait for someone else . Now a gentleman comes takes my order , it was a bit particular because of my fasting but I wastold no problem and it would take 8 to 10 minutes . 20 minutes later I am still waiting when asked , they finally bring me myorder and it is completely opposite to what I ask for . Now being on my fast I only have 30 minutes left to find and eatanything if not I will miss my window. Very frustrating and upsetting but again , this girl name Raven turns the whole thingaround , she inquired about what my restrictions was and offered some veggies meal that she twisted simply for my vegan need. I love coming here. We do not come here that often but when we do, EVERYONE that works at Fridays in the Willow Grove Mall are... super friendly. We went there yesterday, 6.8.22 around 530pm. Sorry, I did not get names but our server was awesome and themanager was just as awesome. The person that seated us was so friendly and when we were leaving everyone that was working had asmile and said bye to us. This is very rare to find now and days. The food was great and came out quick :) Read more

Spur of the moment visit. Service a bit slow. Weak beverages, fries were cold. Gave us wrong order. Bathroom was dirty and... smelled like a litter box. Overall ok, will go back. Maybe an off night. Just my honest opinion. Read more

Lovebthe food here. Came for lunchbwithmy brother and best buddy after a health scare.. so glad we decided on this location! Our... server was Bridgette- she was awesome ! Attentive- courteous- extremely friendly and practiced good habits while in closequarters with patrons. Her skills are unmatched. This location is clean friendly and food is amazing!. I had some chickenfingers. Fries ribs mozzarella sticks potato skins. Everything was amazing! Will definitely return to this location AGAIN asit's one of my favorites. Thanks again guys !
