Staff, portions and atmosphere were great. Food was ok. Bathrooms were gross. We had the burrito which was huge and the chicken... and avocado salad which was huge but missing a lot of chicken and avocado. Of course the two cheesecakes we tried werefabulous. This place doesn't always get great reviews, so wanted to make sure everyone knew our trip here was fantastic! The wait staff,... for the second time in a row were excellent! The Bang Bang Shrimp and Chicken with brown rice was unique(I wasn't sure what toexpect) and was wonderfully spiced! The shrimp and chicken were very tender. And the luncheon salad was excellent as well, andstill too big to finish But the finishing touches-our cheesecakes to go were heaven! The Reese's was our favorite with the OreoCookie Cheese cake coming in a close second. Will definitely be back! Read more
Who doesn?t love ?? the Cheesecake Factory??? ???? This location is located in Philadelphia's northern suburbs, Willow Grove, ... PA which is in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. It?s in the mall ???? loop. Of course the menu is huge . This time I had the cheeseburger ???? egg roll appetizer before my main course and they were delicious! We had the red sangria ???? with dinner???? which was good as well. It wasn?t too crowded and we were seated pretty quickly. I would return to this location. Read more
In my opinion the place is very nice. It's the type of place you could come in for a casual meal or you could bring a date. I... thought it was a nice place. The staff is dressed really nice. The place looks good, the host was really cool, really friendly.The bathroom was clean and the food looked like a picture in a magazine. So the food was good and me and my son and mygirlfriend had two burgers and a taco meal with some sodas for 65 dollars and I thought that was good. Located in the WillowGrove mall which is one of the better malls in the area, it's in a pretty safe district as well. I think anyone should try thisplace at least once. AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME. I took someone out for a birthday dinner. We sat at the bar. We were waited on promptly. We ordered... drinks first and were offered beautiful glasses of water. We were also offered bread and butter, which was unexpected. Weordered a pizza, a chicken sandwich and my favorite fried shrimp. All of which were delicious!!! We did get 2 slices of carrotcake, they were very generous slices. Took me 3 days to eat it. The atmosphere is nice as well as the overall design. I will begoing back. 5 stars x 10!!!!! Read more
Came here on a Saturday night. As expected, the restaurant was packed. The wait time was about 70 minutes to get a table. I was... dining with one other person. We were seated in an area with tables for two. My one complaint would be that the tables wereincredibly close to one another. Our table was about 2 feet (or less) away from each table to the sides of us. You could hearthe conservations of everyone sitting next to you clearly and it felt very cramped. Our server was named Bilal. He wasexcellent! He was very friendly, and had such a warm and welcoming smile. He checked up on us often to ask if we needed anythingand ask how everything was going. The quesadilla and nachos we ordered were very tasty and we were pleased with the meal.Definitely book a reservation in advance if you plan on visiting this location. I'm not a fan of corporate mall restaurants, but circumstances made this my only convenient option. Service was great, friendly... and helpful. Food was average, cheesecake was pretty good, all in all pretty expensive in my opinion. No drinks, dinner anddessert was $40, that's a lot for an average meal. Read more
