I love fuzzys but this location was terrible. They gave us the wrong buzzer so we waited a long time before we went to check... only to find the food cold and when we told the cook what happened she just microwaved it ???? and these were the driest nachosto begin with. I placed a to go order, when I brought my order home, after eating half the first taco I noticed multiple black hairs in my... taco. I called and spoke with the manager on duty, she told me she got onto the kitchen staff and told them to put on hairnetsand refunded me one of my four tacos. Read more
Wish I could give a zero! Ordered online. Waiting over 30 mins to pick it up (30 mins from the ?ready? time) got home with soggy... food. Called up there to get told I can get HALF our money back. Lesson learned. Don?t go to the one in willow park! Read more
