I'm over 40 years old and have been going to Taco Casa since I was a child. This was the worst food I've ever been served at any... Taco Casa. Paid over $30 to feed 3 people and most of it went in the trash! The 2 orders of super nachos had VERY littleservings of meat/ beans/ tomatoes/ and sour cream. Like 2 small chips worth! The whole thing looked and tasted like it was daysold... hard beans and the tomatoes had almost no color to them, gross. The cheese was watered down to a soupy, chunky, slosh.Plus we specifically requested jalapeños and received zero! All the burritos were poorly made and the tortillas were hard andsplit open. I was very disappointed! I work really hard to provide for my family. Life is very hard in the times we're in. Itook my family out for a "treat" (because we usually love Taco Casa), and spent hard earned money to end up throwing it in thetrash and eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I would like some kind of compensation. At the very least a sincereapology. Read more
Sat in the drive through for the entirety of my 30 minute lunch break. Didn?t even get my food, had to leave to be back at work.
Super Nachos was good, little lite on the meat, also limited the amount of hot sauce packages you can have.
I'm sorry but when in the hell did Taco Casa stop filling there 1.59 tacos if I wanted a half filled taco I would of went to... Taco Bell just a shame paying that much and then on top of it we got a 12pack and not a single one was decent like come on! Theyare not even crunchy they are old shells or something too! It's late and storming out I'm not driving up there for a refund butthey need to comp me some this is crazy! Read more
