I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I can?t believe, the employees at this location (Willow Park, TX) aren?t capable of... getting an order correct. Starbucks should invest more on proper Custumer Service Training. Today, I asked for a venti drinkwithout ice and they have the audacity to hand out a drink with just half cup of the drink?literally a venti drink?that I?malready paying for filled out just half way. And when I politely asked why was it like that they said if I wanted it all the wayup I had to pay extra or they could just fill it up with milk. I literally felt disgusted to see what an insult thatwas. Customer service here is horrible. And just like that I am never spending a cent on a Starbucks again. I?m very awareStarbucks isn?t going bankrupt because I stop spending my money on them but it?s ridiculous how little they care about customers. So greedy.
