I don?t normally do reviews for fast food restaurants because you kind of know what you are going to get. I am reviewing this... restaurant because of the attitude of what appeared to be the manager. She does not deserve this title, if that is what sheis. We ordered at the drive-thru, 4 breakfast meals this morning. 2 out of the 4 meals were correct. 4 drinks and 3 straws, isa little in convenient. The lady taking the order was very pleasant and patient. The lady that handed us our food was verynice, as well. The lady assembling our food, who appeared to be the manager, was was mumbling ?is McDonald?s open, yet?!?Rolling her eyes and acting as if it is inconvenient that someone has come to a restaurant for food. Funny how it works,isn?t?! All while setting the mood for the other employees. If I were the owner or GM of this restaurant, I would want to knowthis employee?s behavior. This is 3rd time we have gone to this Burger King since moving to the area. Everytime our order was not what we ordered when we... got home to eat it. Needless to say won't make it a 4th time. I know sometimes people make mistakes and that's why we tried 3x.My 9 yr old granddaughter would do better then these people. Read more
Employees were very disrespectful and rushed me through ordering my meal. Kept saying ?k is that all?? ?Do you need anything... else?? Just very very rude. I was in the middle of talking and the gentleman taking my order interrupted me as well. Got up tothe window, and my favorite part was how utterly disgusting his fingernails were underneath? and you?re serving food??wash yourhands? Would not recommend coming to this Burger King. I was told that there was a wait 3 times for my delivery then kicked out with one car in the drivethrough and noone inside at... all but me i demanded they start putting the order together they made fun of me they kick me out then try to say my order wasready when i arrived and i was just mad for no reason and thats why i had to be thrown out then when i return they changed theirstory again and said it was coming up next if i would of just waited a little longer so how that makes any logical sense is farbeyond my understanding and im sure many others feel tge same way its very sad honestly because it was a double cheesburger mealjust 1 how does that take 20 minutes and how do they change there story three times putting my 5 star reviews on the line is notwhat i call good customer service just to be 100 Read more
