Came to submit an application, and my order was messed up. Then the owner tried to get around refunding me. I had to bring it up... in order to get my money back. I don?t think I will be working here. Why have a business if you can?t run it correctly? No Mrowner, YOU are the incorrect and YOU need to make up for YOUR mistakes. I should have read the reviews first. Spent $30 on a soggy cheesesteak and cold fries. Weird that the fries were cold cuz I got... my order maybe 15 mins after placing it. Seems like they had been sitting at least an hour. Read more

I was craving pizza & walking around the shopping area & decided to stop in. I saw they had a deal running for two slices of... pizza for $6.99 and a fountain drink so I got that. The first thing I noticed was the girl at the counter did not seem happy atall which I can understand but after I got the slices she used her bare hands to pull it off and put it on a plate. I know it'sgoing to the oven but when you use your by hands when there are fake nails and whatever kind of germs or bacteria underneath, itdoesn't matter. Because it's only being reheated and not getting up to attempt to actually get rid of all the bacteria andgrime. Thankfully she only touched the crust which I will not be eating. I don't know if I'll come back but I would recommendthem putting their staff through some kind of serve safe class so they know the dues and don'ts of the food industry. Read more

Ordered thru slice. Ordered the chicken fingers and fries with cheese. I got a bag of chicken fingers and French fries. I?ve... gotten this several times before and it always came with mozzarella cheese. I called and let them know it didn?t come withcheese and I didn?t want a refund I just wanted it corrected. So they said they would correct it and bring it back out andinstead of correcting my order they gave me 2 sides of cold cheese whiz which looked like glue. When I called slice they saidthere was nothing they can do. Won?t be ordering there ever again. Read more

The pizza smelled funny and tasted funny. It looked like it was old pizza that had extra cheese thrown on it and reheated. I... called the store and she put the cook on the phone who said he could send me a video of him FRESHLY making the pizza and that itonly takes 7 min to make, I was right around the corner when I called. Then I said it smelled funny and he said I could come ina smell the ingredients. I wasn?t looking for free food but I just paid for food that I have no desire to eat. They get 1 starfor the TERRIBLE customer service and I won?t be returning to Sal?s pizza ever again! Read more

Called to simply ask them to fix my order as there were several things wrong with it, such as, hardly any cheese in my ice cold... hard fries. Missing drink, cheesesteak had brown lettuce, and soggy bread. The man on the phone stated he couldn?t understandme, so I explained it again. He then told me how no, I did not spend almost $20, it was only $12.????? How are you going to tellme what I spent when I have the receipt??? Asked if they could have another driver deliver my food, and beverages correctly thistime or issue me a refund. He then continues to tell me how the order WASNT wrong and that HE made it so HES SURE it?s allcorrect!!!??? At this point I?m pretty frustrated, so I ask the man on the phone ?how are you going to sit and tell me my orderis correct and what I?m telling you is basically not true? And you can?t fix it?!? He then told me he isn?t going to talk to meif I talk to him ?like that? and he was going to hang up the phone. I said ok, so? You are going to do what about my issue??again? I called because there?s? an ? issue with my order?. Again, I was in the wrong, no refund, no correct delivery, will notever again use this business. I ordered ham & provolone sub and would not even eat it. Lettuce was all brown and had 1 tomato, which was all on the bottom..... had @3 pieces of ham and the cheese was kinda melted. The sub was not even close to being cold or even cool? to me, this istotally unacceptable! Glad I wasted that money and my trash can gets a sub! Read more
