Placed order this evening for 3 footlongs. Each sandwich was made wrong. Asked for 2 to be toasted, they were not. 1 sandwich... was to have oil and vinegar, it did not. Absolutely disgusting! Counter top where they prepare your food was covered in food. Cross contamination there were meat and... cheese all scattered in the veggies and veggies scattered in the meat. No clean tables place was not busy two customers seatedand one in line ordering. Four employees working one making a sandwich another at far end of counter talking with a friend, twoothers standing and talking at the other end. First time at Willow street location and last time. That was a terrible experience. This is the second time I?ve had a less than decent experience here. This time my sub was made... ?half-assed? for lack of a better term. The soda machine was out of ice and the flavor cartridges were all empty. Several timesI watched employees spitting/coughing on food as they laughed. I usually don?t like to give poor reviews, but I couldn?t bringmyself to give this location anything decent. Hopefully this will change in the future. Read more
