Had an online order and was handed the completely wrong order, which is fine it happens, but they had the lobby closed so I had... to wait in the drive thru line again. Then when I got my order it was still completely wrong. I had a quesarito that had none ofthe stuff it was supposed to, didn't even have the cheese around the outside so it was just a super dry burrito with only blackbeans and potatoes. Love this location. But every once and awhile you have to make sure you get all your drinks and sauces in drive through.
We went today (7/17/22) to do a mobile order. we put in modifications on both of our meals because me and my partner are... vegetarian. somewhere along the way. the website must have glitched and deleted my partners modifications and the taco bell madethe order with beef in it. We lived futher away and couldnt go to get a refund so we called. the manager was very rude to us onthe phone and refused to give us a refund for the $8 order. We are calling corporate to get one. We cant eat our dinner tonightso literally thanks for nothing. Read more
Edit*** taking off two stars. This place has gone down hill lately. Service is very slow, getting our orders wrong A LOT and... tacos/cheese is not filled up as much. This is one of my favorite Taco Bells to go to. They always have good service, goodfood, and are usually quick and accurate. We will go a little out of our way to this location just because its more enjoyable. Read more
I really like this location. The employees are very friendly especially the girl who works the register. My food is always good,... order always right. My son gets to leave with a balloon every time we go. Definitely my favorite TB. Read more
