There has been a steady decline in service at this location. Empty tables and booths and yet we had to wait nearly 20 minutes to... be seated because they didn't know how fast they could get a table cleaned up. Getting the attention of the waiter was horrible.Guy spent more time in the kitchen chatting it up than servicing the tables. Food came out at completely different times and notas ordered. Waiting for refills got to the point where we just got them ourselves. Very disappointing experiences these pasttimes, but today was by far the worst. Food was a disappointment! Dry wings and my husband's burger was rock hard! We waited and waited for our table to be cleaned!... The girl screwed around and kept looking to see if we were still waiting for our table! Completely unacceptable for the price!Not recommended! Our waitress was the only good thing! Place is pretty empty with patrons. Seated quickly, service was awful. All meals came out and were finished before we could get... one order of 6 wings! When we asked what took so long waitress stated wings take 25 minutes to cook. We have been here for atleast an hour. Will never return. Read more
Staff took good care of me! I got refills ahead of time from my server, Jeremy. Kitchen accidentally sent out traditional... though I had ordered boneless. Manager spotted the issue and resolved it before I said anything. Thanks for a great visit! Read more
Second time at this horrible location. My fault I didn't learn from the first experience as well as all the other negative... comments. The staff here is garbage. The manager Frank has no common sense. Food is bad and comes out cold. I'm very hard todissatisfy. This location needs to close down. I will never eat here again. And for the owner: I've seen your response to badreviews. I've already filled the form on the website after the first horrible experience. Nothing was done. Our experience tonight was absolutely miserable. First off, I ordered two sauces to try, and they just brought out the sauce... with no fries or utensils. How are we supposed to try the sauce, with my fingers? Then our wings and fries came out absolutelyrock hard and cold, the carrots were rotten, and the celery was black. The dry rub order looked like rocks rubbed in dirt. Wecouldn't physically bite into the wings. We asked for the manager to come over to let them know our order was subpar, and whenhe came over he asked us 'What would you like us to do about this?'. We asked the manager if he would eat the crusty carrots,and he said no. There were four women at our table, and two guys, and to make up for it, he sent 4 pies 'for the ladies'. Hesent out a new order of the dry rub wings, which at that point were drenched in seasoning. They were basically mocking us forcomplaining about no dry rub on the original. The waitress told us that one of the line cooks came out on the floor to see ourreaction after he purposely threw mounds of seasoning on the wings. We begrudgingly got a comp for the food and the managers hadno explanation for it. I will never go into this B-Dubs location ever again, most likely never another B-Dubs. Spent 70 dollars on boneless wings today and they were practically inedible. The wings were so overcooked that they hurt your... jaw just trying to chew them. I've literally never had a worse chicken experience in my life and my family couldn't have beenmore disappointed. I'm not even exaggerating here, this made convenience store roller food look like fine dining by comparison.I've been going here since it's opened and it just seems like the quality has tanked of late. I ordered Nachos ultimate with chicken. The cheese was extremely cold, so I ask Jeremiah to take it back and ask them to add HOT... CHEESE OR CHILI. 10 minutes later he came back with the nachos that had more cold cheese, he ask was it fine and he would comeback. 15 minutes later I got his attention and told him they were still cold when he gave them to me and I want him to take itoff the bill. He asked if I wanted something else, I replied no. I literally ate 2 chips from the plate and he still charged me.I saw that he had a few other tables so I didn?t want to make a big thing about the bill. Read more
