My wife and I have been loyal Fortuna customers, but today?s experience was a complete turn off. My wife had an ice tea and she... ask for a refill, we?ll to my surprise I was told no refills by the woman at the register and I was charged $5.00. So for twocups of flavoured water we paid $10.00. I don?t mind supporting local businesses, but not when they gouge the customer. Keep inmind I paid more for the water (Ice Tea) than their signature coffee.... sorry Al, we won?t be back for awhile.
