My new go to place for Mediterranean. Absolutely love their falafel (try it with garlic sauce) and rice bowls!
I go here bout once a week. I like the fresh ingredients, the pickles are the best part for me I always ask for extra. The... hummus ads great flavor along with your protein choice of chicken or steak. The staff is kind and the cook area that is visibleappears clean and tidy. It's a huge plus that the place is close to work and I can pick it up in 5 min or less. Price is fairconsidering the quality and the market we are in. Edit: price change on their food just in the last week I assume due to marketchanges but a Chicken bowl now costs a bit over 11 dollars. Read more
I really like chicken and steak shawarma but because the place has "Falafel" in the name I had to try that first. Wow I'm glad... I did! So good! All the toppings are great too. The fry sauce is really good too for dipping fries. I will be back to trythe steak next! Read more
Stopped at Damascus Falafel and it was AMAZING. Got the steak bowl and it was delicious. Made fresh to order in front me. Huge... portion of meat, rice, hummus, fries, and pita bread. This is Mediterranean food with the twist of customizing how you build it—kinda like Subway but Mediterranean and more... delicious. The serving size was very filling so it was well worth the price. If you're looking for a really good Mediterranean/ Arabic food in Chicago, Illinois, don't miss this restaurant! We tried the... chicken shawarma ????, the steak shawarma????, and the Falafel ????. They are all delicious! Also, the place is clean, theprices are reasonable, and the service is great. After we wiped out the whole order ???????? we took a dessert to go. It wasalso good.
