I always get the Pan Pizza with Extra Cheese, and I have never been disappointed! This Domino's does an excellent job: the crust... is buttery and cooked well, and the extra cheese makes it all the more worth it. Definitely recommend this location to Pizzalovers everywhere Read more
Just really bad. My boyfriend was picking up the order from a different location and I was ordering for him. It was like no one... had any training. Believe the reviews. I asked for it well done (mind you I had to keep repeating the order) and it came outbarely cooked. We had to throw it in the oven as not to waste it. It was one of those experiences where you literally can'tbelieve its happened. The cardboard crust is accurate. Too much cheese uncooked to the point it looked mashed together. Allthis, plus the whole reason I was ordering over the phone was so I could pay for it. I ran 2 cards twice and both times she saidthat he would need to pay himself when he got there. Ordered from here and will never again. The staff is incredibly rude. After waiting over an hour for an order and the driver... still not showing , I called asking for a fresh order and to just pick it up. After being told, "he'll make it there eventually"and I was finally told it would be over an hour for a fresh order since other people were ahead of us. Updating my review. Dominos driver couldn?t find my address clearly on the map and called me and still couldn?t find my address.... A call to request an order cancelation and an order made fresh after 45 minutes of waiting for the driver was met with a sassyemployee who told me they were unable to do that. I?ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Finding my address onlyrequires looking casually on a map, we are not hard to find. Making things right after an hour and a half of waiting by makingmy order fresh is the right way to run a business. Mocking your customer saying ?I?m sure your driver will show up? after 45minutes of waiting on said driver for what?s an 8 minute drive is unacceptable. Read more
Today my wife and i had really bad day and we just got home and didn't feel like doing anything. So we ordered some dominos and... we are long time customers to this specific location. I tried placing an order via phone and the girl who answered couldn?t even find the coupon? What? After much back-and-forth I... just decided to call the 800 number. Once I ordered come to find out the girl who was the manager refused to give me her namedecided to cancel my order why?! I don?t understand this was ridiculous and awful to say the least I have ordered there for manymany parties and I?ve never been treated with such disrespect I could tell that she was a young lady and honestly did not knowwhat she was doing very sad so I again tried to call an order they canceled my order again so then what I did is I went aheadand called the 800 number and sent a complaint because this is just ridiculous I?ve never had this kind of experience good luckwith this place Read more
I ordered 4 pizzas and some other items. 1 of the pizzas was veggie and I kid you not when I say it was COVERED in onions and... there was barely any olives peppers and mushrooms with it. I also ordered a beef topping pizza and this is the 2nd time theygive me plain cheese instead. I really do prefer Dominos, and have always had great experiences with the Elmhurst location. Imoved to the area earlier this year and ordered from here a few times but it seems like they?re not worried about getting theorders right. Read more
