Today my co-workers and I decided to have our lunch delivered from this location. When we recieved our food, we didn't have... bread for our soups, potato chips with the sandwich or utensils. We were disappointed but blew it off. I ordered a customturkey deli sandwich, I even double checked twice on the app to make sure it was right. When I opened my sandwich all they gaveme was bread, turkey and cheese. So, I paid $16 (tax, delivery and tip) for a sandwich a child could make with no chips. I'vecalled the store several times and no answer. I'm extremely disappointed! I see they care nothing about their service or theircustomers. I will not be back! Read more
2nd time I have ordered a soup for dinner and had my order delivered without silverware. What a waste of money and I?m at work... so I now have nothing for dinner and I have 6.5 hours left if my shift. This will the last time I order from this Panera. Read more
Panera is generally pretty good. The $18.00 I spent on lunch today was definitely NOT worth it at all. $12.00 sandwich with... barely anything on it, a tiny apple and $3.00 for a cookie that is half the size they used to be. This location has reallydeclined, it's short staffed, unfriendly, it's dirty, my favorite green tea was empty and the portions do NOT reflect the pricetag. Two thumbs down. The food is great and there's plenty of seating but it's always understaffed. We come here pretty often anyway, but expect a... wait. The employees are nice but there just aren't enough of them and it always looks like they're trying their best. Read more
Asked to turn down the music and they honored my request. Very patient and have cool personalities. Could focus on my school... assignments here and they are open until 10pm. Very nice outside seating area.
