Came home from, Military duty and paid 50 dollars for 2 small pizzas and cheesy bread and the food was cold when recieved after... waiting an hour. Man, I eat here a lot. I've had a lot of bad experiences here. I continue to eat here because the competition is McDonald's and... fast food. I'd say out of fifty pizzas I've had here that I've had five bad experiences. While ordering on the phone a coupleyears ago, I wanted a medium, one-topping pizza. I was told it was one of the specials. When she told me the total, I wascharged the full price. I was told It was my fault and should've mentioned the special. We argued on the phone and I told herto forget it. I never ordered the pizza. Another time, they put the wrong toppings. I wanted green peppers and they put bananapeppers. They offered to remake it while I wait and they let me keep the first pizza, so I ate both, minus the banana peppersthat I picked off. I sat in my van while they remade the new pizza. The third time, there was a weird, extra piece of rippedwax paper under the pizza that stuck to the bottom. It looked dirtier than the normal full piece wax paper that was underneath.Just a weird foreign object that doesn't belong there. It was like they put the pizza on wax paper, quickly removed it and putit on another wax paper, not realizing there was a piece of wax paper still stuck to the pizza. I called to order the medium,one-topping special again. That's what I always get for myself. I split the topping half and half so that it stays one topping.Half green peppers, half black olive. It counts as one topping total. Then, I want to put both toppings all to one side, so onlyhalf the pizza has toppings. The other half is cheese. The guy on the phone this time told me that qualifies as two toppings. Isaid, "No, it doesn't." I explained to him slower that it counts as one topping. If I give you three slices of pizza, and allof them have one different topping, I wouldn't charge you for three toppings. You should only be charged for three slices withone topping. I've been a customer at your willowick location for a few years now I used to love your sub sandwichs lately I've been noticing... a lack of toppings like my grilled buffalo chicken sub I expect there to be some chicken on there. I don't think I'm wrong toexpect this when I'm paying nearly 15 dollars for a sub sandwich. I called on a sat around like 8 and was on hold for like 30 mins before the phone hung up on me but it said they didnt close to... 10.I drive up there and its just a bunch of young people in there some are sitting on the counter.They guy asked me if i werepicking up and I tell him no I need to place an order and he tells me it had been slow so they had closed So its a hr and a halfbefore cLosing time and they decided to not take anymore orders.I said well I have been on hold for 30 mins before it hung upand hes like yeah cause we arent taking orders so basically just a bunch of yonng kids sitting on the clock just goofing around just ridiculous, I would never waste my time or support that place again!
