This place has lost the right to call itself fast food. Just spent 20 minutes in a drive through serving 4 cars.
I bet Wendy's founder Dave Thomas is rolling in his grave to see what his stores have come to. It's a perfect place to go if you... want to waste an hour sitting in a Drive-Thru line and not get any food. Every time I get fed up and decide to leave the line(as it has not moved in ages), there is no one waiting at the window to pay or get their food. If you manage to make it to thedrive-through speaker, you're told they're only taking online orders. Maybe Wendy's should stop advertising their food and savemoney because they don't want to serve it anyway. Read more
Same old decent food. Be cautious when buying on the app. We did get a refund a week later, but if the food you paid for on... the app isn't available, the evening drive through staff is unable to refund you. The app itself doesn't reply to customerservice, and the apps customer service line didn't get me a representative for over 25 minutes on hold. I kept my composure,and the manager gladly refunded me for the 7 or so dollars in drinks that we did not receive. Read more

We just left this location and got home to find a disgusting piece hair in my daughter's Fanta orange, all of our fries were... halfway full and 1 Big Bacon Classic had no bacon. The outside menu wasn't even lit up to properly see it. An overall horribleexperience and another chain written off. Read more
I went on a evening (of course it was busy). Thank goodness the dining room was opened! The woman who waited on me was kind and... patient and looked like she had things under control. Keep up the great work guys! Read more
Update as of Sunday Nov. 5, 2021. Change my review from 3 stars to 1 star as I will no longer be returning to this location due... to their unprofessionalism and rudeness in the Drive-Thru. Trying to place my order when the employee is getting annoyed with mebecause I asked why my screen is looking different thinking I may be getting charged extra for something that I haven't ordered.And then while I'm trying to add more to my order, the rude employee is speaking over me asking repeatedly, "is that is all?",and then just giving me my total and not letting me continue with my order. So we literally left to go to the Wendy's on SomCenter in Willoughby. As we left my boyfriend tried to call that location to speak to the manager and no one was answering thephone even though there were only two other cars in line and no one inside the restaurant. Will definitely be calling corporate.This Wendy's has gone down hill, I do not suggest going too this location no matter how badly you want Wendy's. Original post 2years ago: It's alright if they don't mess up your order and you dont have to wait 10 mins for the wrong order. Can't turn leftout of the parking lot. Pulling in or out of there can be tricky since drivers block the drive when they're waiting at the stoplight. Read more
