This was the straw that broke the camels back with McDonald's. I've enjoyed this fast food establishment for many, many years,... but their service, especially customer service has gone down hill. First started when they put in the kiosks that are slow,confusing and not customer friendly, and they insist you use to order. But tonight ordeal with the Willows restaurant was whatdone it in for me. Placed an order for the family. Got out to the car and notice they forgot to put in the 6 piece Nuggets.Walked back to the door...not more than 2 mins had passed, and door locked. I knocked on the glass door. The lady removing thecash drawer looked at me but did not acknowledge me...I knocked again..the same young kid who just 2 mins earlier had handed memy food looked at me but did not acknowledge. Finally a customer who knew I was just in there came an opened the door. Theygave me the 6 piece that was missing but when I asked why they ignored me, the guy said he didn't see me. When I said thatwasn't true, some girl who didn't even see anything jumped in and said he didn't see me. The fact that employees are lying likethis is disgusting and really shows their ethics which unfortunately is a reflection of McDonald's. I work hard for my money andthere are plenty of other fast food establishment where I can spend it at. Read more
The young man working at the drive up window taking orders at about 7:30 Sept 1st. 2022. Had the best customer service I have... ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. He made our night, and we really appreciated it!!! Kudos to this young man. Read more
Chalking this one up to the worst experience inside a McDonald?s I?ve ever had. They clearly aren?t training their employees at... all and it shows. The ?highlight? had to be when the assistant manager told us they ?don?t allow refills?. Yeah, never again.The good news is you can throw a stone at 3 other McDonald?s from this location. The first fast food place we've ever heard of that will charge for ice. We ordered drinks, and it was a hot day. We said we... would like to have some ice using the drinking cup. We were told there would be a 50 cents charge for the ice. We understandthat if we will use a new cup, they could charge us for the cup, but it is hard to understand this because we have already paidfor the cup, and we will still be charged for the ice. 50 cents is not much, but this policy is just wrong!! I am wondering howmuch more this place could made by this policy, and how many customers will turn away from them. Read more
The drive thru is painfully slow. Wait time is normally 20-25 min. Especially during track days and race weekends. Expect super... long drive through lines during these weekends defeating the purpose of fast food. And they always mess up the order :-( Read more
$21.49 for 5 double cheeseburger and 1 large fry. Have to wait cause they are making them... Uh huh. Then I get my bag and jump... on the highway only to see they gave me 5 cheeseburgers and ½ an order of fries... Never again. Then they got the nerve to folda single patty trying to make it look like a double!?!? Are you for real life right now. Read more
