Had the worst experience ever!!! I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up, order was nowhere to be found. I... understand mistakes happen, but instead I got the ?I don?t want to argue with you, I?m telling you there is no order!!? Whenasked for a refund, was told that a manger would need to approve it and they were not there!!! Maybe Papa Murthy?s needs toatarte with teaching customer service. It's nice that I can schedule a pickup time for my order and both times I've done this my order was ready on time and seemed to... be freshly made. This is the only pizza place I use now. March 7, 2020 went in and got a pizza and had a $4.00 coupon they forgot to credit the coupon so they said they would replace... the credit back in my account. Today is March 31 and still have not received the credit back in my account. They also got theorder totally wrong ordered a family size with no mushrooms on half and received a large with mushrooms on the whole thing. WhenI returned they took the pizza back they made the family size still had mushrooms on the whole thing but I wasn?t going back athird time. They did nothing for the inconvenience caused by their mistake. I still went back in seven days later and gotanother pizza and told them I had not received the credit back in my account and they said nothing and finally contacted thecorporate office and they said they would contact the local business and still have not heard anything from them. Very poor pr.The only reason I gave them a two star rating was that both times the pizzas were excellent. Read more
