Love the crab Rangoon and spring rolls. Any entree I've had was also good. Orders prompt. Check for sauces though.

Yesterday around 1pm I stopped by this location to get a late lunch around 1pm. It was a bit busy, no worries. There was only... two people working one of which helped me out, or I guess acknowledged me I should say.. I asked for rice and noodles. Then Iasked for beef and broccoli. The woman who was poorly helping me gave me a very small portion, i could literally count thebroccoli as well as the pieces of beef. I then asked if I could get some more, she looked at me in disgust, rolled her eyes andsaid no. I then informed her that I would be willing to pay an additional cost if need be, to which she replied with a "no,because if I sell you more, we're going to have to make more" she then proceeded to look for a really small piece of beef,picked it up, and placed it on my plate.. then asked me if I was happy, in the meanest of tones.. This has changed my views oncustomer service at the panda express for ever. I've been a loyal customer for years, buying the gifts theubusually have, aswell as leaving tips for the employees.. never giving anyone a hard time. I am very upset that she wasn't even willing to sellme more m, the way she carried herself was not professional at all. She refused to give me her name and proceeded to ignoreme. I probably won't be visiting panda express, especially THIS wilmette location. Horrible service. It's okay to befrustrated, but do not take it out on your customers. Read more
Went in this evening. 2 people behind counter. One person assisting a woman with a large order. The man behind the counter... never acknowledged us. He was busy looking for a online order with a gentleman that didn't have a mask 9n. I have no problemwith people being busy. Just say hello etc. Waited 10 minutes and left. Read more
Ordered a bigger plate?. Went in to try the new almond chicken, It was very old and ruined my first experience at this location.... Overall the teriyaki chicken was good that?s why I?m giving a 2 star. Then I also had the sweet fire chicken which should ofbeen thrown out instead of served to a paying customer being that the vegetables where soggy. Over the years I've spent hundreds of dollars here. Lately their portions for a lunch bowl have been declining. $6.60 for half... of a container of sides and stingy serving of entrees. Called to complain, and all I got was an ok...OFF MY LIST. WOULD NOTRECOMMEND!!!! Read more

This is the Panda Express I always go to. It's one of my favorite places that I go to. They have a good and fresh vibe. They... make fresh dishes and service is pretty fast too. I?d definitely recommend trying it out. I've been going to this location foryears now and it hasn't let me down. One of my favorite dishes is the honey walnut shrimp. It's not too sweet and not too spicy.It's just right and is one of my favorite treats. Tasty food for a reasonable cost.
