Ugh, started fine with order taking. We ordered coffee drink, 2 cake pops and 3 donuts(we have children) Then after 5 mins, I... got the coffee drink. So I waited in line again to ask about the donuts and cake pops. They had a teenage boy in charge offilling all the food orders and he was backed up with microwave hot items. So, I asked the original order taker if I could getmy 3 donuts and 2 cake pops. Of course she remembered and told me to wait a minute, she would fill the order. She handed me thefood in a bag and we left. Got home and noticed she only gave us 1 cake pop. Further, the donuts were plastic wrapped, whichmade them soggy on the outside but very dry. Long wait and then it took them 3 times to remake my simple drink (3 shots espresso, iced, with dash of cream). The bathrooms... were also surprisingly gross and dirty. I remember this location being better? Going to the Starbucks in Evanston or off Dundeefrom now on. Read more

This is a great Starbucks! With SO many Starbucks stores being dominated by drive-through volume, traffic jams, and insane... levels of activity - this one is more sedate and less hectic. There is ample parking here. (Unlike Central St Evanston stores)No long walk from parking to store (like Old Orchard) and no fighting to get near the place because of drive-through customerssurrounded by the place and blocking access. Our new regular Starbucks! Update: This Starbucks remains our favorite localstore. Friendly staff, no drive through congestion, easy parking. So much easier than trying to cram into a too-small parkinglot - or even feed a meter. No traffic jams with cats backed up 20 deep in the drive through line. Read more

I was in this location this morning and had a very bad experience. There were multiple people working behind the counter, yet I... was left standing there over 10 minutes waiting to place my order and no one approached me. I finally left and went elsewhereand was treated with respect. Very poor customer service here Read more

Becca is the amazing lady who really made my day easier. My daughter was upset about her haircut and Becca gave us a cake pop.... My daughter asked her if it was kosher. Becca went and checked. Then she said it wasn't but the lemon cake was. She gave mydaughter a piece of lemon cake. My daughter stopped crying and was so much happier after that. Becca I'll never forget you! Would love to give this place no stars. Disappointing Sunday afternoon experience. Received a lecture about asking for sweet... cream for an iced coffee someone else ordered for me. Addressed the staff member who offered not even a half- hearted apology.Staff was rude and snickering before I even walked out the door. Saw a number of similar comments in other reviews. The areamanager should address this. Seems like an issue with some entitled NS brats. Read more
