I LOVE LOVE LOVE this location! I always feel so welcomed and it?s such a friendly environment. The staff are incredible and... very amazing! I always come here for their delicious cakes since they?ve nailed every idea I?ve had for a birthday theme. Myfamily and I love coming here for not only their cakes but for ice cream runs as well! I have a major issue with the Wilmington, CA store. My cake was ready for pick up Jul. 09.2021 @1200pm, however was unable to... pick up due to late hours @ work & store would?ve been closed. I called store to notify them. On 07.10.21, approximately5:30-6pm I picked up the cake. We didn?t open the cake until 07.11.21 @ 1145 before I went to work. Cake design & presentationwas all wrong, I dropped the cake off @ store with Nayeli @1309, she wanted to fix the cake, I told her no, either replace it orgive me my money back. She couldn?t assist me, & told me she?ll give me $5 off the next order. Hell No!! Compare my cake to thewebsite you would understand why I need the cake replaced or refund. I had the 6?round ice cream cone cake, however they put thewrong cones on top & ice cream had melted & looked like it was out then put back in freezer. We didn?t eat the cake due todissatisfaction & presentation upon opening the cake box. Read more

In this place, the owners and their workers do not wash their hands before preparing your order, they grab the money and thus... touch your cookie to place the ice cream. The owner does not wear a mask. It is a real place where anyone can get sick. Read more

If I can give this place none star I will. I don?t get the point why baskin robbins hire inefficient people. They refuse to... provide service to my wife when there was 20 m before closing she had pregnancy cravings I don?t get the point why they hadinefficient workers that don?t treat customers with curtesy and respect.
