Went here for the all you can eat boneless wings. Food was really good, service was great, drinks were on point especially the... 1800 peach margarita and top shelf Long Island ice tea! Who doesn?t love appetizers and cocktails plus the happy hour prices wasAMAZING! I noticed that the first order comes out with fries but after that you have to request the fries otherwise the waiterwill just keep bringing out 6 boneless bites on a tiny plate (which was fine by me because I needed room in my belly for moreboneless wings lol). The past few times we ordered through Door Dash, at least one of our meals was missing. I would call the manager, they would... apologize, ask me to come back, and offer a free dessert. The sentiment is nice, but the fact that I am driving back to pick upyour mistake is infuriating. Also, don't bother selecting "no utensils" because they send them anyway. I try to avoid usingplastic forks and knives, but this Applebees forces them on you. Not the best service if you aren't eating in the restaurant. Read more
I?ve been to this location numerous times and have always been pleased. Until tonight. I ordered for curbside pick up and I... always check to make sure everything is there but because of my past experience with this location I just went home. But to mysurprise..both salads came with the wrong dressing, didn?t have the marinara sauce for mozzarella sticks that I paid for, myentree was missing the sauce completely so it was very dry. But what topped it all off is exactly why I?m posting this. In themiddle of eating my entree I see something odd in the middle of my rice. To say the least I was not expecting to pull out thispiece of trash/brown paper from the center of my rice. They don?t line the boxes with anything so I know for a fact that shouldnot have been there period. My wife and I ordered off the 2 for 24 menu. Our chicken bites appetizer came out first, and the food was not warm. I had... ordered a 6oz sirloin medium well and it came out bloody. 100% rare. Sent it back and when it came out it didn't look anybetter. My wife ordered a burger medium and it came out totally charcoiled like it had been caught in a house fire. Waitresswas pleasant and gracious, and the manager comped most of the cost of the meal that we did not eat. Our server was really nice and attentive. She made us feel very welcoming. The quesadillas were really good and had a nice... crunch. The spinach and artichoke dip was amazing as always. Would definetly go to this one again. Read more
A bustling popular location this Applebee's was decorated beautifully for the Christmas/Holiday season. It was crowded but... service was still quick with attentive servers and food coming out of the kitchen reasonably quick. Upon arrival the kids wereprovided with activity placemats. They enjoyed having their own simple menus to choose from. Our party had an appetizer plate ofvarious fried foods (cheese sticks, nachos, and various wraps and sauces) which was a good size for a party of four adults andtwo young children. Always love stopping in at Applebee's. I tried the French Onion soup this time it was really good.
