When we moved here we were told this was a must go to place in Delaware. So we went and I got the cheese steak sandwich. It was... huge and excellent. Over time the place lost its sparkle. Same stuff offered and no real ?Wow!? anymore. I can?t think of thelast time I went there. If it?s your first time, you must try it and find out for yourself. The place is known for its turkeysandwich. I don?t like turkey, so I can?t say anything about it. Turns out we ordered delivery the other day. Over $70 for 4subs. Ugh. Read more

I love Capriotti's normally Kirkwood Hwy location get it together. I ordered fresh turkey subs. They were blah. Not enough... turkey, no cheese, and just very dry. Will give this location a break for a while. Read more

We ordered our food & opted for the curbside pickup which was an option when we ordered. When we pulled up & called to let them... know we were there to pickup our order, the rude girl on the phone told my wife you have to come in. When she went in thecustomer service was terrible & the employees were rude. The one plus is that the food was very good, but we will go to anotherCapriottis in the future. Read more

I ordered a small hame made turkey sub, I asked for the roll to be gutted, extra mayo, everything else. My roll was gutted on... the thin side which caused the roll to tear. I couldn't taste the onion or see them. Very little lettuce, my sub was so dry!! Iwill not purchase from this Capriotti's again!! Read more

I ordered 2 medium Bobbies on 2 separate days for lunch. Both sandwiches had very little turkey. I get the cost to buy the... turkey, cook it then pay higher wages to put it on a roll. I tried twice, if I wanted a stuffing sandwich with cranberry sauceI would have opted out and picked something else. Im not against paying more for a good sandwich they just cut the quality andruined a good product. Read more

6pm on a Friday. Two large cheesesteaks and a bag of chips cost nearly $40 now? Perhaps a fall from grace? Capriotti's used to... be great, but this was subpar. I rarely write reviews, but this was so bad I felt compelled to jump on here. Their sandwichesused to be full and generous. But this time around we were literally able to close the bun, edge to edge, and enclose the skimpyportions of the sandwhich inside. This means, opening the roll, the meat clings to one side, perhaps maybe a teaspoon, no morethan a tablespoon or so, in thickness. The bread was rubbery. The steak was dry. The flavor was bland. Honestly, this tastedlike a P.O.S. cheesesteak you'd get premade in the frozen section of Acme, where you convert the box into a microwavable heatingtray and hope for the best. For this cost, I am very disappointed in a place with such a (formerly) good reputation. In thephotos below you'll see one with the sandwich open and the meat to one side. Back in the day, the large cheesesteak used to haveits contents touch edge to edge. Now it's basically more bread than content. What a joke! Would be nice if they made good onthis somehow. Read more
