They accidentally messed up my order, probably because it was so busy. There must have been atleast 2 or 3 cars in the... drive-thru. I had to wait an extra 5 minutes but they gave me a giant coffee and a breakfast sandwich for free so I appreciatethat gesture. Read more
This is the best Dunkin? so far. The one on 1112 Kirkwood hwy, the new grand opening one that moved from near cricket and is now... near Season Pizza?Well my latte taste , smells like bug spray. And my food is always stale and their attitudes are even worsethan the food and drinks. About 3 days ago my coffee tasted like cigarette tobacco as if they used tobacco to mix in with coffeegrains. Now today it taste like bug spray. Now I have to throw up and the sausage and bagel was awful and stale.as always. Verytough un chewable How do you report the new Dunkin? located in Elsmere near Seasons Pizza ? I guess the address is 1112 kirkwoodhighway Elsmere DE 19805???? Something?s not right there. This is a very busy Dunkin Donuts, the kind where the drive-thru takes at least a half-hour. Everything is exactly the same as... at every other Dunkin, so my advice is to stop at another one. I used to love Dunkin's coffee, when I could drink coffee, and Istill enjoy all their other offerings. If you are visiting from some place that doesn't have this francise, stop in for coffeehowever you like it, a muffin, a donut or two, and maybe a breakfast sandwich. There are almost always places to sit inside andrelax while you eat, and easy parking. Each Dunkin is accessible and usually friendly. Read more
Worst Dunkin experience in my entire life. Stuck in the left drive through line for 20 minutes, couldn?t get out. Finally up to... the order window, felt rushed after ordering each of 4 items then get up to the window for more slow service, total time indrive though, 32 minutes which is unprofessional to say the least. Absolute worst tomato pesto sandwich I?ve ever had. It was literally cheese and bread with two tiny little tomatoes and a tiny... smear of pesto. All you could taste was the cheese and bread. Those sandwiches aren?t the cheapest either. You pay for thesandwich, it should be a semi decent amount of each product on there. No questions asked. Nice coffee, the drive through here is a bit more crowded and time taking. Compare to other places, the waiting time is too... much, it really took 20 to 25 minutes of waiting just for a coffee even though it was not too crowded when I went. *Parking lotis good but not large. Read more
This Dunkin is hands down the best in the area. 95% of the time everything is prepared just right here. The other 5% may be... due to new staff or whatever, but typically they are always kind and fast. Most importantly my food and coffee is FRESH! Mymom comes all the way from the city to visit here.
