Very polite. Service is always fast. Even though I only visit two or three times per week they always seem to know my usual... order not forgetting the few ice cubes in my coffee. The only knock on them is that it seems their prices go up like every otherweek even if it's just a nickel or dime. Read more
I honestly never have a good experience here. They always ?forget? something, give you the wrong item or lack in the drink... department due to not following directions. They also are not very friendly and seem to be annoyed when you ask them to correcttheir mistake. After countless disappointments, I won?t be going here anymore, I?d prefer to go a little further up to the otherDD, long lines but superior service. Read more
I ordered 2 dozen donuts through the app. Went to get them at 6:30 they had nothing but plain donuts left. I asked the guy... working if he could give me a refund for a dozen he said no bc it was too long and complicated and I came in too late. I thenasked if I could have icing and i would pay for it he again said ?you?re way too late for that?. Dunkin closes at 7:30 I wasthere at 6:30 I have never seen a lazier worker. Pretty sure in customer service the customer is always right he could haveatleast refunded me or given me icing. I?m truly disappointed and will not be coming back to this dunkin even though myneighborhood is right next to it. I?ll take the 2 mile drive to the one down the street no problem. Read more
