Cannot say enough about Eclipse. If you have not been to this locally owned gem of a place, its time. The food is always... incredible. The cocktails are excellent and the service matches both. The location is hidden away on the left side of UnionStreet, with street parking and a side lot. Don't let the location fool you - This is the best place. Read more

Be prepared for a big spike in prices as with most things now. I feel the prices did not reflect the portions or quality. $16... for a small calamari appetizer. Drinks were good and wine selection good. Saturday night very noisy. No vegetarian entree-why??? So they left out shrimp in linguine entree and offered to add veggies but we couldn't find them and it was bland. Nicedecor and atmoshere. Read more

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise for us. They have a very good menu with an excellent wine list. Everyone was friendly... and the atmosphere was lively. The staff was superb and are quite friendly and conversational. It's not a huge restaurant somake reservations. Also, it is a bit more expensive, but still worth the money. Would definitely return with friends. Read more

Best meal I have had in Wilmington (so far). The servers are attentive and the food all hits the mark. The cocktails are... creative and delicious. The menu provides enough enticing options that it seems like you can order pretty much anything on itand have it still satisfy you. The only downside that was evident at the meal was the restaurant was crowded and loud. Doing aSaturday night dinner should present a busy restaurant, but the noise level was unpleasant and distracting. They've eithercrowded too many seats in a small space or the layout is just not conducive to the building acoustics. This is definitely arepeat for the food and service, but the noise will keep me away on Fridays and Saturdays. Read more

Eclipse Bistro is one of our favorite restaurants in Wilmington. Located on Union Street, this small eatery has delicious food... and drinks. The atmosphere is warm and busy. It is perfect for date night, or just a night for good food. The fare is Americanwith a variety of meat, poultry, and fish with a pasta option usually mixed in. Everything we have ever had here has been highquality and delicious. There is parking available outside the restaurant. There is also outdoor seating in nice weather. Wehighly recommend this place. Wow! What a great experience! The food was fantastic, but the service was even better! Our host Dave, was wonderful, and our... server, Nick, was a warm and attentive professional. Nick’s service made the visit remarkable! I love how they do things atthe Eclipse Bistro and I’ll definitely be back again and again! Read more
