I paid $25 for breakfast today? they just neglected to give me my drink, all my food was ice cold as if it sat around for hours,... and my hash brown was like biting into a piece of tile (I thought I broke my teeth). While certain other fast-food chains pride themselves on their customer service, McDonald's has decided to go to the polar... opposite and simply not interact with their customers. The reliance on kiosks for ordering is absolutely the worst. On top ofthis, this restaurant was dirty and items like cup lids were not maintained. Beyond disappointed and, with so many betteroptions around, won't be returning any time soon. Goodbye McDonald's. Read more
They make their coffee too hot. The cup was way too hot to hold and I end up spilling the cup of scorching hot coffee on myself.... I informed corporate via an online form. The manager of this location called me but clearly couldnt care less and said somethinglike "well what you want a voucher for the cost of the coffee or something?" I wanted to never had gotten burnt. I still havescarring on my chest from it. They still don't have heat sleeves. I'm leaving this review because I'm sure I'm not the onlyvictim of their negligence. Read more
