Person at window missed something on my order. Didn?t give me a receipt. Said they didn?t have white rice, they were all out.... When I called the store five minutes later the manager said the person didn?t charge me for the missing item which is good butClaimed the employee working in the window is in training which is why my order wasn?t complete and it wasn?t true that theydidn?t have white rice. Person on the phone had an attitude and hung up without apologizing or saying goodbye. Terrible customerservice for a manager. In the end food was decent except brown rice wasn?t fully cooked. Their food is delicious and the workers are friendly I ordered from door dash the food was fresh and hot but the only complaint... I have is I found hair in my food I feel that the workers needs to use proper hair restraints while preparing peoples food otherthen that everything was good. Read more
Stayed away for a while because the food quality dropped after grand opening. Today we gave it a shot and thankfully my husband... enjoyed his meal and the super greens were perfect. Unfortunately my chow mein was dry and in my shrimp and walnuts there wasliterally 1 walnut, lol. The shrimp was good and adding sweet and sour sauce helped. Read more
So initially I went through the drive-through and I ordered some orange chicken. When I looked at my meal it seemed as though I... got the bottom of the barrel the chicken that was left over before they bring the new batch out. Y?all know what I?m talkingabout. So I went inside and requested some fresh orange chicken. And the staff prepared it for me happily. That?s why I lovepanda express. The customer service is always top-notch. Panda Express service is exceptional 99% of the time just like today. Food was prepared correctly and at the right... temperature. More chicken could be in the Black Pepper Chicken instead of so many onions. Other than that my three plate wasdelish. See you next time Panda! Read more
I ordered two large containers of food via the mobile app, one of which was chicken and the other veggies. They filled up each... container HALFWAY, even the vegetables which I assume are a lot less in food costs than the chicken. They also didn?t providethe extra sauce I asked for, although I managed to check before walking out and the cashier gave me more. I?m never coming backhere again and if I do I?m NEVER ordering without watching them put the food into the containers again. I got ripped offtonight. Read more
