I gave them 2 stars because my food was okay but they need to manage their lunchtime crowd better. Why is there only 1 person on... the register at noon? And why did it take 15 minutes for me to get a toasted bagel and a smoothie? And the staff at the registeract like you?re bothering them simply by standing in front of them and placing an order. Always good food, good service, and portions that are appropriate rather than the overblown portions that you get everywhere... else. Makes sticking to a healthier lifestyle a little bit easier. Also ordering online and picking up it's a simple process andyou're allowed to customize your meal anyway you prefer. Read more
Stopped in late to pick up some soup to bring home. There wasn't much left on the shelves for bread or a baked goods. And it... appeared there were only 2 people really working even though there were 8 or 10 individuals. Read more
ordered catering twice. first time, they forgot plates, utensils, bread, and chips (luckily I had extras plates/cutlery). second... time they were 45 min late. I called 15 minutes after it was supposed to be there, they said it was coming in 8 minutes. Icalled 20 minutes later, they said 5 minutes. food is good but service is a mess. Read more
The food I ordered was great. My issue is that I entered right before closing ( I was that person) and the staff were packing... bagels and pastries. Not sure what protocol is for this stuff, but I seen flies all over it. I really hope they are not put outthe next day. Read more
I love Panera bread, so far I am never disappointed with the food here. Order was ready on time, perfectly packed and the bear... claw was delicious, perfectly sweet and soft. Coffee here is always refreshing. *The parking here is a bit tricky due to theuphill parking lot. Read more
This place needs to get their stuff together. We placed an online order and someone stole it before we got there. Instead of... immediately replacing our food they dumped us back in the queue and we had to wait almost a half hour for them to remake it. Anhour after our original order we FINALLY got it.
