Went the first time here last week. A balled up paper towel was in my pho. They also got one of our order?s wrong. Went back a... second time because we wanted something quick, sat there an hour, and everyone else was getting their food. They forgot to putour order in. I have been a client of this restaurant for years, the attention was always very good with the previous owner but now there is a... new owner, we went as usual and had to wait a long time for them to take our order, the male waiter was not busy, instead thegirl if he was attending another table, he looked at us and preferred to sit down and he waited for her to attend us, he did noteven give us cutlery or water since he was not busy, later other people arrived and he stood up and very cordially attended tothose customers give "privileged treatment" !!!! maybe they are not prepared to receive Hispanic people!!!! Mr. owner, if youdo not provide equal attention to all your customers, then you will lose consumers, since people with multiple ethnicities enteryour restaurant. Read more
This is my favorite Pho spot. Since Pho explosion has hit our region, several restaurants have surfaced in our area. This one is... the best. My favorite is a large 27 with a roast pork Bahn Mi. They are closed on Tuesday and really stop serving at 8:45 pm.That?s dine in and take out. That?s why they didn?t get 5 stars. If the place says it closes at 9? I expect 9. Delicious pho. Broth was perfect, amount of meat variety, vegetables were perfect. I also ordered a French/Viet Coffee and it... was made perfect. The place is very clean and the employees practice safe social distancing and mask policies. I highlyrecommend trying this place. I also went during lunch on a weekend, and plenty of space and tables around. Again will come backfor more. Read more
The flavors were okay, but there were several issues I had and 2 specifically that I can't get over. First, the container they... used for the wings has holes in all 4 bottom corners. The sauce for the wings got all over everything else in the bag.Fortunately, I noticed it and was able to clean it up before making a mess on my table, but I still lost any sauce that wasn'tcoating the wings. Second, everything was barely even warm when I got it home, both the broth and the wings. I've gotten photakeout before and the broth was still steaming hot when I got it home. I didnt even feel heat through the bag when I picked upmy order. I had to microwave the broth because it was basically room temperature. I never want to have to microwave pho again... Read more
If you like Pho soup with tripe and tendon, and large portions (like I do) this place is for you. The Large portion is big... enough for two meals or one if you are a big eater. When I was younger, I could handle a large bowl. Now that I am older, I atehalf of the large bowl and still had enough to take a quart size container home. I've eaten Pho Soup from Lancaster toPhiladelphia, King of Prussia to Wilmington, DE. This is my new favorite spot. Read more
