Has been my worst visit ever mac & cheese disgusting not even cooked chicken same going downhill
Slow service. 3 employees working and 3 customers in the store yet I had to wait 15 minutes for a 4 piece chicken box. The... chicken was already prepared but the employees seemed incompetent and slow. Store needs supervision. Read more
Cashier had a poor/bad attitude. Fountain soda (Coca-cola) purchase was ick. Carbonation and temperature were good, but syrup... flavoring was lacking. Sunflower seed purchase (Giants brand, Honey Mustard flavor) are just plain lousy. No flavor present,just a bag of plain seeds. Will skip this seed brand in the future. Read more

6/9/23 I visited around 11:00 pm. Ordered some chicken and walked up to the cashier who was very friendly. The on shift manager... in the lime green shirt looked at me and said "You come out looking like that?" To which I responded looking like what?. Shedidn't answer my question just went back to wiping the counter. When I ordered from the cashier 3 packs of camel menthol, shelooked over again and said. "Three packs?" I have never felt so insulted going into a place of business before. The employeeswere great, management needs a healthy attitude adjustment. Read more
I have been going to this location periodically since they opened years ago. I usually buy chicken or breakfast cooked foods,... coffee, some refrigerator items, and/or shelf items. Sometimes my creamer is empty or not out, but someone always courteouslygets me one from the back of the store. I also get my gas here. I usually stop here in the morning or afternoon. so last night i drove to three different royal farms, we went to the brand new on in newcastle, the one in newark/stanton area... and the one on kirkwood highway, long story short none of them had any chicken but kirkwood highway! and it was all fresh, theother stores need to step their game up!!!
