Horrible at communicating, horrible customer service & I have been there multiple times that they aren't busy & they ignore you... for 20 mins & when you go to order they are out of the item. I used to love this place but honestly I'll probably never go backafter this happening multiple times. Huge waste of time, when a place is out of an item they usually cross it off the menu or atleast communicate that before they make you wait for over 20 mins. They obviously have 0 care for customers Read more

I've been going here for a while. Lately over the last few months the service is abominable. You wait forever And the staff is... not friendly and most of them don't even speak English. Tonight was especially bad.. The door was open the open light was on inthe window and all the food was still in the serving area. No one was in The restaurant except the staff. I stood there waitingfor someone to help me and they all just kept staring at me. I finally asked can someone please help me and they said oh we areclosed. So I asked can you Please help me anyway since the sign is on the door is open and everything is still out. Ouch. Theysaid absolutely not.. We are closed I would say that this particular salad works would be good to avoid for anyone looking forgood service quick service because most of the time it takes over 20 minutes that's. Just to get your Food. There may be othersalad works that are better but this one needs to be closed. Read more

October 2021 I?ve been coming here for a few years and it?s always been acceptable but this last visit I?m not sure for what I... paid $12. The lettuce mix was very limp, the Brussels sprouts were hard, the chicken was skimpy, the cheese was dry, and I onlyreally enjoyed the pretzel roll. So prices have gone up, quality has gone down, and the server was not wearing a hair net andhe had really long curly hair. I don?t plan on returning. Read more

Interesting visit today. I will start off by saying that my create your own salad with grilled chicken, edamame, broccoli, corn... and black bean and corn salsa with lite ranch was absolutely delicious! However, the line was very long. Only 2 employees wereworking and didn't seem to have a sense of urgency. I completely understand that they are overwhelmed and overworked! I waspolite and didn't mind waiting at all to get what I wanted. However, my boyfriend ordered a buffalo chicken panini, which hevery clearly verbally stated (I heard him from 6 feet away as I was paying for our order). However, the employee made him abuffalo chicken salad. As this was his first visit, he though it was prepared in a salad bowl first and then grilled- he didn'trealize the mistake until the salad was already made and he didn't want to further hold up the long line of customers to correctthe mistake. I should have anticipated this- the man in front of us asked what the difference was between two different types ofchicken and the employee just blankly stared at him and didn't answer. I have utmost tolerance for non-native speakers, but ifit is going to effect service, wouldn't it be beneficial to have a native English speaker on staff during the dinner rush? Uponpaying for our order, I was asked if I would like wheat rolls or pretzel rolls. I clearly stated pretzel. We sat down to eat anddiscovered wheat rolls in our bag. Of course, we are tolerant of simple mistakes and ate them without complaint but the lack ofattention to order accuracy was clear throughout the whole experience. Additionally, as a person who is counting calories, ican't trust the 70 cals per serving for the lite ranch dressing when they pour 2 full ladles over your salad. I will returnbased on the delicious freshness of the ingredients but if you value order accuracy I would look elsewhere. Read more

Felt like I was at a local pizzeria and not salad works! Employees looked miserable and I wasn't asked if everything on the... salad was okay! Wasn't even asked if I needed a fork or butter. Had to walk back in to ask her for some. Salad was not fresh Iwas highly disappointed. Miss the one on Main Street in Exton quality and service was a lot better there. Read more

Saladworks is honestly one of my favorite places to eat. My salads are always delicious. I'm not a huge fan of how expensive... it is, but the size of the salad is good, and is always filling. They have coca cola fountain sodas or bottled sodas. Theyalso have a few dessert options (brownie or rice crispy treat). The only thing that I'm not a fan of at this location is thelocal radio station played on the speakers. You spend half of your meal listening to commercials. I highly recommend that theyget XM Radio so that their patrons do not have to listen to commercials for half of their meal. In regards to covid they havebuilt little cubicles, and any open tables have plastic dividers, but they have removed any mask signage from their doors. Read more

*Not Recommend* *Price Gouging* If you don't value or work hard for your money, I wouldn't recommend this cash grabbing... establishment! The Sald was good however it was Very over Priced for a simple Sald, we would definitely Never return to thislocation. Almost $60 for four people to eat a salad, the reason for the review is we weren't sure what salad dressing we wouldlike so we go balsamic vinaigrette on the side one of my family members didn't like it so we wanted to try a different dressingand they charged us $2 for us to try Olive Oil & Italian vinaigrette both on the side! $1 for a small side of dressing!?UNBELIEVABLE!
