Staff is friendly and courteous! But whoever is doing the ordering may need some help. This location is out of something every... time I've been there. Usually it's no oat milk, whipped cream and desserts. Like how do you run out of whipped cream? It's creamand sugar in a whipped cream dispenser. There is also an Aldi right there. Starbucks is TRASH. I?m only going there because I?ve gotten Starbucks gift cards through secret Santa. You pay an arm and a leg... anyway and the workers don?t even make it correctly. This location has done a complete 360! Use to be an awesome store but not so much anymore. There are still some great batista... that are going above and beyond at this location. The last couple months it's been downhill. Drinks are never right wait timesare forever. Waiting 30 mins for a drinks in an empty store. Getting drinks that r half filled or taste horrible. Today theywere out of lids for the venti and grande cups so they offered me 2 smalls, fine no big deal well both smalls were only filledhalfway. Last week ordered a venti and it was only half filled. Yes, every guy and girl I've interacted with at this SBUX has been lovely; this shout-out, though, is 100% in praise of my girl,... Betsy. This cool chick not only knows what she is doing and handles a dozen irons in the fire with grace, but she also cares,very much, that her Customers are heard and happy.
