Waited in line with a friend, the cashier looked at me then took my friend. I stepped up to make it evident I wanted to order.... The cashier proceeds to keep looking at me and not ask if I wanted to order. Then proceeds to ask my friend if I?m okay like I?mnot a regular customer. Update: Lowered my rating by a star because in recent orders they keep missing things. Selected ingredients from salads, chips... and dips have all been missed. Additionally we've ordered extra meat and get just as much as regular order. Typically theymake things right, but it's gotten to a point where I'm tired of calling them to fix things so felt an update wasneeded. Fantastic business! My girlfriend and I have eaten here often. I get burritos and she gets salads and rice bowls and werarely even have minor complaints. This most recent delivery order did have a bigger mistake, but they made it right! Mygirlfriend's salad was covered in shredded cheese, but that wasn't part of her order and she can't have cheese. I called Tierraand they not only remade her meal but delievered it far faster than i expected. Just above and beyond customer service! Sothank you tierra for doing this for us, especially during these stay at home times. We will be eating there again...though thatwas true before this great experience. Read more
Not sure if this place has changed ownership But what a terrible experience . I ordered a Pork Carnitas Burrito With The mango... pineapple Salsa Rice and Pintos beans, And let me tell you , it set Mexicali food back to the stone ages Pork had no flavor whatso ever Actually tasted like it was boiled. The only ingredient that had any flavor was the over powering raw onion , which Iactually ordered sautéed.
