Waited in line with a friend, the cashier looked at me then took my friend. I stepped up to make it evident I wanted to order.... The cashier proceeds to keep looking at me and not ask if I wanted to order. Then proceeds to ask my friend if I?m okay like I?mnot a regular customer. Fantastic food and staff!! I order curbside to go often and the staff is always on point. Alfonso had personally brought my food... out, at least five times, with a huge smile and a great attitude. Update: Lowered my rating by a star because in recent orders they keep missing things. Selected ingredients from salads, chips... and dips have all been missed. Additionally we've ordered extra meat and get just as much as regular order. Typically theymake things right, but it's gotten to a point where I'm tired of calling them to fix things so felt an update wasneeded. Fantastic business! My girlfriend and I have eaten here often. I get burritos and she gets salads and rice bowls and werarely even have minor complaints. This most recent delivery order did have a bigger mistake, but they made it right! Mygirlfriend's salad was covered in shredded cheese, but that wasn't part of her order and she can't have cheese. I called Tierraand they not only remade her meal but delievered it far faster than i expected. Just above and beyond customer service! Sothank you tierra for doing this for us, especially during these stay at home times. We will be eating there again...though thatwas true before this great experience. Read more
Not sure if this place has changed ownership But what a terrible experience . I ordered a Pork Carnitas Burrito With The mango... pineapple Salsa Rice and Pintos beans, And let me tell you , it set Mexicali food back to the stone ages Pork had no flavor whatso ever Actually tasted like it was boiled. The only ingredient that had any flavor was the over powering raw onion , which Iactually ordered sautéed. I stop in here every few weeks for lunch and I had asked if they could cater a work luncheon of approx 20 people. I'm glad they... said they could as I am sure this will become a regular event for us. The whole process from ordering to eating was perfect.They provided plenty of food, utensils, sauces, and they delivered it all to our building hot and on time. While the price wasabsolutely reasonable, the biggest takeaway was that everyone loved the food. I would highly recommend. Read more
The Philly burrito. I don't eat many burritos but I think this was a good one. I think it's safe to assume that the steak in the... burrito is what makes it a Philly burrito. It's cubes of steak, not steak prepared like cheesesteak steak. We might have tochalk this one up to a cheat Day meal. Two nice young people working there. Good overall experience. Read more
Went here yesterday for the first time. The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating! They really let me take my time to make... my choice. I decided on a burrito and liked that they offer gluten free tortillas which Chipotle DOES NOT. They also had a widerarray of vegetable topping selections like zucchini, parsley, and mushroom. I got black beans, pinto beans, white rice, onions,peppers, and a whole lot more and they do not skimp on portions. I would come back here for a burrito or maybe do a bowlinstead. I took off one star and I was NOT a fan of the tortilla chips, plantain chips, or guac. The chips were way too thickand hard and lacked flavor. The plantain chips were cut with ridges which made it seem more like potato chips and I did not eatmore than two. The guac lacked flavor. Actually most of the items could use more flavor. It doesn?t beat Chipotle due to theflavor but I would definitely come back here again when in the area and looking for a bowl or burrito. ???? For less than $10 abowl, you can?t beat it!
