Disgusting. My boyfriend ordered two smoothies within the tropical smoothie app, he was charged twice for the smoothies. He then... went to the store waited for thirty minutes only for them to be unhelpful and tell him to wait another 15 minutes for the ?boss?to come talk to him. He called customer service and they said they will return the funds if they process. For their sake I hopeso. Also, while my boyfriend was there he said a woman went up the counter asking for a refund because they had a lot of hair inher food. The customer even picked out the hair and showed them, they denied to give her a refund because they said it was agift card. They said they only could give her a free smoothie and they didn?t even apologize. Terrible, won?t be back. We?vebeen coming here since this location opened and frankly we?re good on tropical smoothie altogether. I actually hope thisspecific location shuts down. I'm loathe to admit that I stop here more than I should. Using the online ordering makes it a breeze to pop in and grab my... drinks. I've never experienced a wait time doing it this way - my order is there and ready when I arrive. The summer special(watermelon mojito) was to die for!! The smoothie was beyond sweet... So im not really sure what ingredients they actually use.....Not very customer service... friendly.... They use no gloves... And dont wash hands... The one girl was wiping her nose with the back of her hands andproceeded to making someone's food....First time at this type of smoothie spot... Probably wont go back at all....very sugaryand sweet....not natural fruit smoothies....nice clean store...cool atmosphere....not busy at all...thats probably a badthing.....but sorry....I would not recommend this location Read more
Such a great selection of flavors that really hit the spot if you like smoothies. I had the Sunrise Sunset smoothie and, let me... tell you, it was so fresh and refreshing. They gave a great selection of add ins as well. There's also food here as well. I hadthe Chicken Bacon Ranch on ciabatta and its was delicious. My kids (5,4) also really enjoyed their strawberry banana smoothiesand keep asking to go back lol. Read more
Embarrassing business practices!! Friends & I arrived here at 6:45pm today (Sunday) for smoothies & the girl behind the counter... turned us away, saying they were closed, although both the web and the window sign clearly say they close at 7:00pm onSundays. We walked out, accepting the disappointing fact that Covid has affected business everywhere. As we were leaving, twoguys were approaching, so we let them know Tropical Smoothie was in fact closed. They walked in anyway, & as we were drivingaway we stopped & watched as they were served!! Guess they changed their mind about closing early?? Wow. Read more
