Every time I order from this location they mess up the order. If it is completely forgetting the sauces on the ticket , last... time it was an entire meal and now an order of fries and gave us one sauce when I ordered a two person meal and an extra meal.& You call no answer. I wouldn?t go here if I were you. This place is known for chicken feathers in their chicken and mouses in their establishment .... Also many including myself have gotten sick with food poisoning eating from here. Look deeper in the reviews and you?ll see whatI?m talking about. July 25, 2022 I ordered online at the Wingstop website for delivery. This day the food I received was NOT FIT FOR CONSUMPTION.... The food tasted of pure salt. Everything from the thigh bites to the seasoned fries. I called Wingstop and was told to call DoorDash since they did the delivery. The website never disclosed it was a third-party delivery service. The confirmation with ETAcame directly from Wingstop, Wingstop logo, address etc. So although the food was prepared at Wingstop, I call Door Dash whoadvised me the order was placed at Wingstop's website. Long story short I've called both companies multiple times to be referredback to the other. Finally, I get an email from Nora at Wingstop asking what happened (the issue should have been welldocumented by now I'd think, yet I proceeded to forward a copy of the order confirmation email, expained the issue and requesteda refund of $24.48 the items that were not consumed. The total order with delivery fee and tip was $37.00. No direct replyfrom that communication. Today I get an email for a $10 Wingstop gift card. I respond this is not an acceptable solution towhich I receive a reply to contact Wingstop because this is a third-party sending the gift card on Wingstop's behalf. I amdone! They just lost a consumer for the lack of customer service. I recommend Buffalo Wild Wings. The food tastes better, theyhave a better variety on the menu and they have excellent customer service. Do yourself a favor and skip this Wingstop locationon Kirkwood since it appears that they DO NOT CARE about the food taste, nor patron experience. Do better Wingstop! Read more
Food is what you would expect. Fries always hot and tasty. Reasonable price. However, I could not eat inside the music was... horrible with profanity. There were 2 tables with children under 5. The music didn't seem to bother them. Read more
I typically doordash meals from this store and EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from this location they ALWAYS forget or mess up my... order. It NEVER fails. Tonight I ordered dinner from this Kirkwood HWY location and they gave me a regular size fry with nocheese. When I ordered a large cheese fry. The time before that, I paid for an additional ranch cup and did not get 1 cup in thebag at all. The time before that, I did not get the all flats request that I paid additional for. Horrible don't come here if you want to eat good food and a timely fashion. My husband and I went to Wingstop thinking that we... were just going to get a quick dinner and go home it took over 45 minutes to get in order of wings two orders of thighs threepiece two orders of fries and a small corn. They messed up The corn cuz I asked for it not to have Cajun seasoning of courseCajun was completely covered all over the corn. We ask for blue cheese and ranch none of it came in the bag. My husband askedfor a large I asked for the regular I got a large fry I haven't seen cuz it seems like I got twice as much as my husband's butmine was supposed to have parmesan my husband wasn't supposed to have it so they just flipped out order. The lady started off bysaying it would take 15 minutes after we paid no updates just waiting around forever for our food. Vanishia was so friendly and courteous. The entire staff seemed to have a flow going on. Customer service is a tough job but... Vanishia did the darn thing without seeming stressed or having a nasty attitude and it was busy in there today. She deserves araise! Read more
