We have been ordering here for years. On october 14th we ordered 2 pizzas one was completely burnt. We where unable to get ahold... of anyone from approximately 7pm to 9 pm the finally picked up after saying they where closed. We where finally able to explainthat it was burnt and the employee agreed she remembered the pizzas and they did look a little burnt she apologized and said shewould give us a credit for next time we order. Today we called they had no idea what we where talking about they where claimingthat there is nothing in there system of the order and then began to give attitude to me about it as if we where trying to pulla fast one. I have had the burnt issue before and decided to let it go now where on time number 3 so I then called. I'm indisbelief of the attitude on the phone from Alanna that says she is a owner. I worked in the pizza bussness for a few years Iunderstand it can be over whelming but there is no excuse for giving the customer attitude. I have always supported smallbussness but after this fiasco I'll take it elsewhere no one customer isnt going to bankrupt you but at least I'll get the rightorder from someone else. Have gotten pizzas here a couple times, both have been good. I have been told it is the best in Wilmington.
I was placing an order last week and I am sooo upset. I actually had to wait to do this review because I needed to calm myself... down. The girl that was taking my order was extremely nice, but we were having a hard time hearing each other so she had to keepswitching phones. All I was waiting for was a time of delivery and leaving a tip on my card when I was put on hold again. I waswaiting when another female came on the phone. She said "what's the problem?" I responded with, "I'm sorry?" And she proceededto yell at and informed me that I was being rude. I was so taken back and I said" What is going on, and why are you yelling atme?" And I asked to speak to the manager and then she informed me that she was the owner for the past 8 years. I was sooooshocked. I simply said some few choice words as she yelled over me using profanity. I previously had left a wonderful reviewmonths ago and have since removed it. NEVER AGAIN!! She's got wonderful people working there but I've never, ever been treatedthat way. Horrible owner and Horrible person. Read more
Freshly made Calzone was quite tasty. Small atmosphere, enjoyed the food.

This is the first time that we have ordered from Wilmington pizzeria it was not a good experience so it will be our last. We... ordered a stuffed pizza with extra cheese pepperoni?s green peppers and mushrooms. Going to try to post a video if not the doughis not cooked all the way through there was nothing in between two layers of dough maybe a piece of pepperoni a slice ofmushroom and hardly any cheese anywhere so what you get is I stuffed pizza stuffed with more dough!
