Visited around midday on a Wednesday in mid-August. We ordered a variety of stuff here: coffee munchkins, a couple breakfast... sandwiches. The products were pretty tasty, decent value, prepared pretty quickly. The staff were friendly. The venue itself wasclean, inviting. I hadn?t been to a Dunkin? Donuts in a while so it was nice to be back and to experience the new brandidentity. I would come back to this location. Read more
This location on my way to work and I have my breakfast almost every day lately non of my order correct. Sometimes charges more... or wrong order and when I let them know about my order is wrong or you guys extra charge, they never fixed the problem alwayslook and wants you to accept their fault and leave, Read more
The hours are constantly changing..the evening crew doesn't listen well nor do they shake the ice coffee up or wipe them before... handing a wet cup to you at the drive through. Stop changing the closing hours!!! Some of us work night shifts and rely on thisbeing open during the week until 8PM!!!! Read more
I notified the counter person that someone had spilled soda or something right in front of the door to enter the establishment. ... And I've been sitting here for about 10-15 min. Enjoying my food and beverage. Watching people struggle trying to get into thebuilding. If someone is a wheelchair they're going to have sticky hands cuz they're going to go right through it with the wheelsand not only that if you have a large order in your hands now you got to finagle the door and not stepping in the puddle ofwhatever it is in front of the door. UPDATE - 8/30/21, I hate that I have to write this, but something has changed at this Dunks. This was my favorite Dunks. They... were the best, were. The last 5 visits to this store I have not been able to use my DD app. The woman at the window told me theyhave been having trouble with it ever since they upgraded something. Today I asked to speak with a manager, someone came to thewindow who I am guessing is not a manager and gave me all kinds of attitude telling me there was nothing she could do about thisproblem. Just to be clear, I have no problems at other locations. I go here every morning and spend $10+, I guess they don'twant my $60 a week! Then, to top it all off... my avocado toast box (see picture) had almost as much avocado spread on theoutside. WHAT HAPPENED??? Somebody actually handed me that box. Seriously? By far thee best Dunkin Massachusetts has to offer. Staff is very friendly and service Is outstanding. Coffee is always fresh!... Most importantly this Dunkin is led by the best boss in the world. Love this place. Read more

the only people complaining on here are probably the ones who were the problem. i?ve never had an issue at this store. give... credit to the ones who are making YOUR coffee for YOU when you could be making it for yourself at your own home instead. life istoo short to be complaining about a coffee shop.
