I went through the drive through and the lady working was so rude while asking me what to order, i could also barely hear what... she was saying so i drove to the second window because that?s what i thought she said, as i started going past she threw up herhands and said what the eff, i felt so embarrassed and i apologized and she just rolled her eyes took my money then said bye inthe most rude tone, i went to the second window to get my food and the guy working pretty much threw it at me, he then slammedthe window shut, costumer service is absolutely awful at this place. Family owned restaurant. GREAT tasty menu mix with Latino flavor dishes. Friendly environment. Family events.
We don't get to go often anymore, but it's nice to share my childhood experiences with my wife and introduce her to some... sandwiches she didn't get to try in China. I really like the ordering app, as it makes me less guilty to specify the add-ons Iwant on my sandwiches. Read more
Got a shamrock McFlurry at the drive through and was handed this. Went inside to ask for one that was mixed- manager took it... from my hand and immediately tossed it in the trash. She then told me they?re mixer was broken so she?ll make me a new one butit would look the same. Never offered a refund either. I watched her make it again and it looked the same. Told me if I wantedit mixed i could do it myself. I took the drink said thanks and started to walk out. She must not have heard me because shebegan pointing at my friend and I screaming ?Yeah you?re welcome no problem? in a sarcastic tone, creating a scene. Let me start off with saying this. I usually run into problems at this location. Majority is messing up my order. I go to this... location because it is legit down the street from where I live. This evening, I had it. I place an order in the drive thru theleft side of the menu wasn't even on for customers to see. The cashier took my order and she wasn't very helpful due to theirmenu being down when I complained. She laughs and says "I know" place my order. Asked for extra, extra pickles on all theburgers i order except for the happy meal for my son. I give the cashier 30.77, my order came out to be 29.67. She didn't giveme the correct change and tells me to take care of it to the nexy window. I didn't even bother for .05 cents. Grab my food, gohome. Got my kids food set up. I go to eat my two double cheeseburgers and BOTH HAD NO PICKLES ON IT!! I asked for extra extra.I don't get why that is such an issue especially the money I spent on my order. The last time i was there they tried to chargeme for extra pickles. Your franchise company put 1 or 2 on a burger and I'm sorry big rip off. No one wants tons of your ketchuponion mix on their burger but you guys have no problem slathering on it. Gross, where I just got home with my kids it wasn'teven worth taking them back out to have them fix it. But definetly a waste of money because I end up throwing both away! So Idecided to give another chance. Asked for extra pickles and i guess this was their definition of extra pickles. I ordered a big Mac with an extra patty and only received the two stock patties, didn't eat the sandwich and went back to get it... fixed. I was shocked when i got my second sandwich. Pics included. My God McDonald's. Read more
