Went to Roccos last night with my family after a wake and was greeted by Chloe who was the absolute best wait person ever. I'm... not sure if she was the owner but she treated us like this was her restaurant. We ordered appetizers, stuffed portobellomushroom and the brushetta that was amazing! Great food! Cool atmosphere! Added bonus Chef Alison came to the table to chat with us. Nice touch. We enjoyed appetizers.... Ample free onsite parking, handicapped friendly, lovely ambiance, great service and fabulous food. My husband and I shared a... delicious pitcher of red Sangria then got the dinner for 2 that came with salads and warm bread to start then our dinner for 2which we will get at least 2 more meals out of with chicken parm, eggplant parm, sausages, meatballs, ravioli and penne pasta sowe know we won't be cooking for the next few days as there's plenty of leftovers. Went here last night with a large group of coworkers. I made a mistake when ordering a drink, I didn't realize it contained... dairy (lactose intolerant) and I tried to find my waitress so we could exchange it for something else, when I was looking forher another worker approached me to ask if I was okay, I started explaining my situation to him. The waitress saw this andquickly came to tell me not to talk to him because "he is just a dishwasher" I felt this was very inappropriate to say and I'dlike to apologize to that man because that wasn't okay and I wasn't quick enough to tell her on the spot that she shouldn't havespoken to him that way. She also made me feel uncomfortable about my food allergy as if I was inconveniencing her deeply forhaving made a mistake. I'm not sure if she was just having a bad night, or maybe she was very stressed. I hope her next shiftsare better.
