Owners were so communicative and quick to responds. The cabin was perfect. I think I great value for what you get. Close to so... many great Adirondack places and very easy to get to. Read more

Stayed in the Balsam chalet. It was immaculately clean, the beds and bedding were beyond comfortable! The fireplace was very... well set up and a wonderful addition to our stay, because it was a chilly weekend! Customer service was outstanding! It was oneof the best places we?ve ever stayed! Highly recommend! Read more

This is a beautiful, rustic without roughing it, cabin accommodation in Wilmington. A huge thank you to Michelle and Yann-I... informed them it was our third wedding anniversary and they gifted us a bottle of wine to celebrate! We also were offered anextra night at a special reduced rate which we took advantage of to extend our long weekend stay. Both of these thoughtfulgestures helped set this inn apart from others in a big way. The cabin interior was perfect for us - two very comfortable queenbeds, spacious living area with sofa plus a large table, large bathroom and little kitchen type area with a roomy mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker(with dunkin k cups, sugar and cream). The cabins are located a good distance from the road, with ample space between each unit- so you feel like you have the place to yourself. All are surrounded by beautiful large pineswhich creates the feeling of being immersed in nature without being far from the amenities in town. The wood burning fireplacein the living area was so lovely, we made good use of it during the cold nights. Firewood is available on site. Rates are veryreasonable, even during a holiday weekend. The location is convenient to both the town of Wilmington, Whiteface Memorialhighway, Whiteface mountain resort and Lake Placid is about 12 minutes away for additional dining and shopping needs. If youare looking for a quaint, comfortable, wooded and private accommodation in Wilmington, this is the best place in the area. Wewill be coming back to stay in the winter for some snowboarding at nearby Whiteface! Thank you so much Yann and Michelle forhelping make our anniversary getaway special. See you again soon. These cabins could be great, unfortunately the owners don't keep them up and don't respond to issues while you're there. We... stayed in spruce, primarily for the full kitchen. The oven/stove didn't work and neither did the heat when we arrived. Yann andRobert knew about the over/stove but didn't bother to inform us. Therefore our planned food couldnt be cooked and was wasted. They did provide a hot plate that was too small to use with their pots/pans and there was no place to set it. Furthermore, theporch steps weren't nailed down and I went flying. I get that things happen, but I received no response from mytexts/calls/pictures regarding the issues we had. They clearly don't care about the level or service they provide. We'll bestaying somewhere else next time we travel to Wilmington. Read more

Booking was excellent. Great prices! Very welcoming; they left the light on for us. Contactless check-in. Very well... appointed. Comfortable beds. Wonderful little sitting area. Shower had great heat and water pressure. Fireplace was a cutedetail. Had electric heat too. Quiet location. Very close to 2 great restaurants in wilmington, Santa's workshop, Whiteface andlake placid. Can't wait to stay again in the fall! Read more

Awesome location, just a few minutes away from whiteface mountain. Cabins are nice and cozy but there are a few things that... could be worked on. First off we stayed in the balsam cabin, the shower knob is almost completely broken so it pretty muchimpossible to change the water temperature. The other thing is that the fire place is way too small for any of the wood theyprovide. Other than that this place is 100% recommend. Read more

Reservation was simple to make. Price was reasonable. We stayed in the Balsam cabin. The bed was comfy and it was very quite. We... enjoyed a nice relaxing night. Having the fireplace adds the perfect setting for cuddling with wine, or hot chocolate. Onedownfall was that the shower knob was stripped and it was very difficult to adjust the water temp. Will be a place to stayagain. Read more
