I was making a quick trip to pick up food for my Dad, it was just before closing time and I was pleasantly surprised. I was... greeted by the happiest voice, full of energy and eager to help. When I reached the window to pay, she was equally as friendly.I had to ask how she had so much energy that late, she simply said "I love my job". I found that very refreshing. I learned thather name was "Christy" and felt that you should know how wonderful she is. Thank you for brightening my day. Read more
No one working the counter. Took 10 minutes just to get someone to take my order. Sandwich had no cheese on it and the roast... beef was old and grey. It was gross, and expensive. Read more
UPDATE: Gave them another try and was very pleased. The food was hot and tasty (and lots of krinkle fries in a small!). We... chose roast beef and cheddar sandwiches and Greek gyros. I did go inside to place the order since I had coupons, and everyoneseemed to be in a great mood and were helpful with my order. We'll definitely be back! PREVIOUS: So disappointed. Waited 15minutes to order (everyone else behind me was yelling to me, asking if I had ordered, and then they all left). Finally placedthe order, paid, and when I got home, I realized they forgot one of the sandwiches and gave me the wrong size fry. I understandthe current employee situation, but there really isn't an excuse for getting the wrong order after someone waits so long. Onething to note is that the employees were nice and trying their best under what looked like a difficult circumstance. Hopesomething can be done to help them so this won't be a frequent occurrence. Would give it zero stars off I could. I went through drive sat there for five minutes without anyone greeting me when I said... hello was told they would be with me shortly then waited another five minutes just be told that they did not have what I wanted.I went 2 Mike's down the road and was greeted as soon as I pulled up and had no problem with getting what I want. Waited in the lobby for over 10 minutes, being passed by employees 3 times and still was never waited in. Decided to leave and... go to McDonalds. This isn't the first time this has happened in this store. The manager knew I was waiting but everyone was toobusy talking to wait on the only customer in the lobby. Read more
