The staff is the worse, from the manager on down. The manager act like she scared of staff & let staff tell her what to do. I... waited on fresh food for 10 minutes, only to be given cold food. So what's the point of waiting? And for the last 3 weekendsthey ONLY HAVE CHICKEN TENDERS after 6. What kind of mess it that...smh. Its a chicken restaurant. This Bojangles is an ongoing train wreck. Went inside to order and was told I would have to go through the drive-thru because... the registers were down. Went to the drive-thru as I was told. When I ordered a single breast dinner with green beans andcoleslaw, I was told they didn't have any chicken breast at this time. 5:15 in the afternoon and they aren't ready for dinner.Will not stop here again and it's on the way home. This has to be the worst fast food place to eat at. The employees and managers always have an attitude and care nothing about... their job. They walk around with no shoes on and always mix up orders and they take forever to get these orders out. Theyconstantly lock the doors inside so dine in is available or if they mess up an order we have to get back in line outside andwait. This place is disgusting. Read more

A sad excuse for a Bojangles. The manager and staff are rude and could care less that you ordered there or not. I was told the... order that was called in wasn?t ready and hadn?t been started yet. I was told to go sit down because it?s going to be a while.Ten minutes later I walk up and they tell me the chicken still hasn?t been dropped and I can wait or get my money back. I am giving this a two-star rating because the food was really good. The customer service was terrible on the other hand! When... we pulled up to the drive-thru, the voice on the intercom clearly said welcome to Bojangles, we have no bone-in chicken, and weare taking straight up cash only! This was said it was kind of rude and loud however I understand that a lot of places havelimitations at times. The tone was not welcoming. We did order food and the food was good however the lady at the window thewour bag out to us and made a comment that, 'everything is in the bag shorty!. 'Then she did not count out the $83 in change whenshe gave it to us, she kind of put it together and threw it in his hand and drop half to coins on the parking didn't apologize.Didn't seem to care. Didn?t get my order correct, over cooked the biscuits and chicken, hurt my gums biting into the chicken it was so over cooked.... And the French fry's were clearly no fresh, they were reheated not hot like I requested and hard as a rock. It like I basicallytook $20 and lit it on fire.
