Just left this establishment. Service was horrible. I waited at the front to make an order to go. No one acknowledged me... standing there (there were 4 young ladies standing at the entrance to the seating area. And, two kitchen staff at the doorway ofthe kitchen.) I had to ask the wait staff to get me some help. All I got was little Miss Attitude. No hi. Nothing. Just waitedfor me to say what I wanted. Came back with my food. No, thank you. Nothing. Undercooked appetizers, poor service, incompetent management. When approached with a complaint, management literally laughed at... guests and said "not my problem". I have worked in restaurants for 10+ years and have NEVER seen such a poorly trained staff.McDonald's does a better job. Please tell me you don't train your staff to leave the freaking APPETIZER plates on the table whenyour server drops off the check. Advice to the Owner: pull an Elon Musk and fire 75% of your staff.
