Just left this establishment. Service was horrible. I waited at the front to make an order to go. No one acknowledged me... standing there (there were 4 young ladies standing at the entrance to the seating area. And, two kitchen staff at the doorway ofthe kitchen.) I had to ask the wait staff to get me some help. All I got was little Miss Attitude. No hi. Nothing. Just waitedfor me to say what I wanted. Came back with my food. No, thank you. Nothing. Their menu has really been reduced since the pandemic. I was disappointed that they were out of brisket when I tried to order... brisket tacos at 6:45p. I've heard good things about the burgers. I enjoyed my original buffalo boneless wings with celery. Nexttime I'll ask for extra celery. Read more
Our waitress was so sweet! Sorry I can't remember her name but she just had a baby a few months prior. The appetizers were... delicious and all our food was above exceptional especially my Buffalo Chicken Wrap! Delicious!!! Read more
Great walking experience at the bar. Bartender was attentive and gave great suggestions about wing sauces. The chop salad was... good sized and delicious, and the WILD sauce on the boneless wings was the perfect amount of heat (for me at least) Read more
Undercooked appetizers, poor service, incompetent management. When approached with a complaint, management literally laughed at... guests and said "not my problem". I have worked in restaurants for 10+ years and have NEVER seen such a poorly trained staff.McDonald's does a better job. Please tell me you don't train your staff to leave the freaking APPETIZER plates on the table whenyour server drops off the check. Advice to the Owner: pull an Elon Musk and fire 75% of your staff.
