Went through the drive-through and service was quick and friendly. Pulled up to the window and got our food in about 3 minutes.... The order was correct and complete, even with the extra onions and extra lettuce on my Whopper. The Burger was nice and warm andthe fries were good and hot. Not to mention the fact that it saved us tons of money, lots of time, and our order was correct andcomplete, versus doordash always missing significant parts of your order. And doordash always blames it on the restaurant andthe restaurant always blames it on doordash. Read more

If you close the store due to low employers - I understand. But at least pull up some signs at the front door and some sign by... the pickup window... don't just totally ignore people who knocking on the window and knocking on the door... that was veryunprofessional.... Read more

Nothing special but ok in a pinch. Slow as can be so don't go if you're in a hurry. It's definitely not "fast food"

The person who attended the drive thru today, Friday, July 24, 2022 in 7200 Market St. Wilmington NC 28411, is normally there on... nights, when we go shopping and he is very rude, on several occasions we go shopping there at night and he never understandswhat we ask him for in the order due to our limited English. so he made us go straight to the checkout and he also treats usvery badly, today we made our respective line and went straight to the checkout to place the order, and he started yelling at usand insulting us and called the manager and the manager instead of attending us , asked us to stand in line again and ask forthe screen again, at no time were they empathetic and it is not the first time that something similar has happened, I do notknow if it bothers them that we do not speak the language well, but I think that mistreatment does not Nobody deserves it fornot speaking English well, the truth is very unfortunate that these things happen and we have to accept it. Sharmaine the GM was very rude. Saw her stopping a worker from doing a grubhuh order like he was suppose too. She stopped him... twice and lied and said the grubhub worker wasnt there. When the grubhub worker called her out about not doing the grubhub orderfirst, she became rude and tried to put the worker down. This is why a lot of customers get cold food. Companies don't do thegrubhub order first and the driver has to wait. Some cancle the order. By the time the next driver come and deliver the food,its cold. Read more

The worst BK staff in North Carolina. Order 2 milkshakes, we were the only one in the store. No one in the drive-thru took 20... mins and they got that it should have been 1 chocolate and one cookie and cream. Then had an attitude when they were shown theerror. This was by far the worst sandwich I've ever gotten. Ordered the new whopper melt. Advertised as toasted bun, caramelized... onions, melted cheese on quarter lb patties. I got $1 cheeseburger size patties, bun not toasted, cold onions that looked likethey'd been soaking in water. Not 1 piece of this sandwich was even lukewarm. I do realize I stopped at a franchise burger jointbut come on people we're all struggling enough in this current economy without getting sick & wasting $5.34 on a sandwich. WhenI first ordered it was for a chicken sandwich but was told chicken no longer available tonight so I thought ok I'll try the newwhopper melt. Won't do that again. Next time I'll just do a PB&J at home. Do better BK! Read more
