Absolutely the worst service ever seen at a Burger King. Drove up and saw vehicles leaving so went inside and waited over 15... minutes and still nobody to take my order. The people ahead of me said she left to help the drive in. Left and went next door toHardees and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I will never go to that Burger King again. Read more

Ordered for my family. 3 out of 4 of the whoppers I ordered the buns were burned black on the inside and the burger patties were... cold. At least our fries were fresh. Sat in the drive thru waiting literally 30mins with one car in front of me before parkingthen having to go inside to order which took another 20mins in line inside. The store only had a few customers . Wasn't busy atall.no clue what the issue was with the employees taking forever to take orders and wait on people. They weren't short staffedeither. Read more
There was one homeless man digging in the dumpster eating the trash and one knocking on windows of the cars in the drive thru... begging for money. He was very high and I could barely understand him. I offered him a meal and he did not want it and I had nocash on hand. He went to each car asking for $20.00, after he went to each car he stumbled across the busy highway. I have neverseen this before at this location. The food was fine the drive was incredibly busy and the poor workers were understaffed andvery busy. Read more
Drive thru was a little slow today , but like most they were short employees . The food came exactly as ordered, hot and fresh... as well . The employees attitudes were great so made up for the longer wait ! Keep up The great work hopefully the employeeshortage won?t last too much longer . The impossible burger is five stars, no doubt about it!!! Very tasty and perfect for plant based. Ours were made to perfection,... no errors on order. The venue was remodeled and looked clean and spacious. Parking lot is super narrow, caution when driving. Customer service could use a little improvement. They were not rude to anyone, its just you could hear staff getting overlyfrustrated with each other in kitchen area and it made for a tense meal. Clean restrooms. I will be coming back.
